Just got tacos, nachos and chalupa a. It is the worst food on the market. The girl barely put meat in the tacos. Just a lot if sour cream and lettuce. Dont go here! It’s terrible The way the food is prepared. Shameful

With so many mom and pop authentic Mexican restaurants, why would anyone go to a chain? Put a kid through school instead of buying a yacht for a corporate executive.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years and I never had a bad experience the food is just the way I like it and the service is awesome everyone is polite and courteous. Now it’s even better looking inside after the renovation. Keep up the good work!

Out of all the Taco Bell locations in all of Chicago, DO NOT, and I mean, DO NOT come to this location. The customer service here is shallow and pedantic, and they do NOT consider the customer at ALL in the ordering process. The quality of the food itself is terrible, and the taco shells have a stale consistency to them upon eating them. This is one of the most TERRIBLE locations in Chicago, and does not represent the value for good food and great customer service that the company [Taco Bell] itself holds in such high regard. I would not send my own worst enemy to this location, and I implore you to not visit this location and waste something as precious as your time and money.

I go through 2 – 3 times a month for lunch while at work. Never had a bad experience. Always hot and fresh. Staff is always courteous and pleasant.
