It’s okay, but the employees can be a little clueless and slow. I rarely come here without waiting for some ingredients from the kitchen. Whenever I order a veggie burrito or bowl they act surprised when I want the fajita veggies(peppers, onions etc). I guess people don’t want veggies in their veggie burritos? Why do they act like I just asked if I can piss in the corner? I think they’re ‘better fast food’ is growing too much and too fast for quality of food and service.

Updating because I’ve tried to go to this location yet again 1. Learn how to cook peppers– they are always slimey and left with NOCOLOR. 2. Guac always has the stems still in it, half the time it’s been out so long that it oxidizes and turns brown 3. Rice is always HARD, both brown and white which probably means they leave it sitting out for hours because I can’t imagine they have much business at this location. This location is absolutely disgusting and when you call to inform management they LAUGH at you. No wonder why there are always new people working there…

This is the worst chipotle I been to. They give you so little. Not even worth what I want to pay

Extremely nice people there and they work very efficiently. I’ve been coming here every so often since 2011 and haven’t anything but smooth service and good experiences. Also, went in once before closing time and got tons of meat on my chicken bowl. Maybe not an everyday occurrence but made me smile: D 10s from me.

This is my go-to dinner spot. I’ve read the other reviews and yes the staff is always changing, but the quality of the food is always worth my $ 7. The food is always fresher than hole-in-the-wall Mexican joints, healthier than 5 guys or other burger joints, and cheaper than any place. Sure I can go to Wendy’s or Taco Bell and spend $ 4. I do that when I want just a taco or need to save on lunch. But I usually go to Vapianos, food trucks, Nandos, Good Stuff Eatery, Protein Bar, Berghoff Café, Noodles and Co, Falafel Island, Max’s, GRK Kitchen, etc. No place can compete with Chipotle on price and quality. $ 7 for an amazing chicken salad, bowl, burrito, tacos made your way in front of you. Bam! I’m in. Regarding the specific location, I’ve been here about 50 times in the last 2 ½ years and have rarely had a problem. The only problems I’ve had is when you have some soccer dad/mom ordering 20 things ahead of you and I have to wait awhile. But that just happens sometimes no matter what fast casual place you go to. As with all Chipotles, sometimes you get bigger scoops and sometimes you get smaller. If you smile and act respectfully, the staff is more than willing to give you a bit extra if you feel a scoop was light.

Every 3rd day these guys have new workers who don’t even know how to roll a burrito. Workers at this place are in learning phase and they massedup entire burrito in way that it got split into pieces before i picked it. Stuff is not mixed with appropriate proportion. Horrible taste from horrible workers.

I been coming to this Chipotle because there is nothing else close by to my job. I pay 7 dollars for a damn empty bowl? I have to get extra rice because u put one scoop. All I get is chicken and sour cream. Half the time my prices aren’t even the same. Sometimes I’m paying full price. Sometimes I’m paying 5. What is going on with you Chipotle?

The food is the standard Chipotle food, which is very good for fast food, but they earn the 5-star rating for service. They have always been great when I’ve gone in, but my last visit clinched it. I walked in kind of out of it, just hungry and not paying attention. I ordered tacos. When they asked what meat I wanted, I pointed to something that looked good. Then as I was going through the rest of the process, it occurred to me I didn’t know what I’d asked for, so I asked the server, and told me I’d gotten the sofritas, I asked what that was, she explained it’s tofu, and I said«Shit» to myself because I hate tofu, and she asked if that was a problem, and I said I hate tofu but my bad because I had my head up my ass and ordered it so I’ll deal with it, and she said she’d make something else for me, and I said that’s awesome of her to offer, but my mistake so my problem, and she actually became insistent about giving me something I actually wanted, so I finally caved and got the carnitas. And it was good as usual. Not very many places will take the fall for a customer having a brain fart, especially when it means a whole order going to waste. Well done Chipotle.

This place is always busy, but the staff does a great job of staying upbeat and moving everyone through quickly. I was 10th in line and got through in less than 3 minutes, even with the older guy in front of me hemming and hawing through each decision. Burrito always made to perfection, thanks guys!

I always say that, «you get what you pay for». And that holds true here. It’s a fast burrito and bowl type of food place with top notch ingredients. I have never been disappointed at this place, and it’s great for the price.

I love chipotle, but this one is by far the worst location I’ve been to. You have to order extra everything just to get a normal sized burrito. The guy gave me a dirty look when I asked for a third scoop of rice. And to top it off it asked for a side of pico, no chips, which I was charged for. They warn you a hundred times that avocado is extra, but made no mention this would be. When I asked the girl about it she said they were always supposed to be charging for it, which is news to me and the first time that’s happened in any trip to chipotle. To sum it up, this location needs a better attitude and to stop being stingy.

I love chipotle but this location makes it taste even better if that’s possible. They are very conscious of gluten free which is refreshing.

Chipotle SUX!!! No nachos, no cheese sauce, no options for any kind of soup bowl PLUS they charge $ 2.30 for extra meat AND $ 1.90 for guacamole– not extra guacamole, $ 1.90 charge is for SOME guacamole. RIDICULOUS!!! $ 23 for a fast food meal for two that is processed food and doesn’t even include drinks is crazy. AND the customer service is poor! This is my 1st and last time at a Chipotle. I’m sticking to Qdoba where the prices are reasonable, the food is great and the customer service is excellent!

Standard for the chain: nothing particularly unique about the food and you get the quality you rely on. Great location for a store, right on a busy corner in East Lakeview with plenty of windows to enjoy the sun(or freezing cold) and watch folks go by all times of the year. There is nothing else in the area that can match the speed and instant gratification of this place which makes it a favored stop when I am in the area.

Fast, amazing burritos. Have you not been to Chipotle yet? For like $ 7, you can have a meal that totally satisfies you. Steak! Barbacoa! Chicken! They even have a vegetarian option now. And they serve booze. Enjoy a margarita while you dine. Chipotle is the anti-Taco Bell. I will nom it forever.

Within the past 3 or so months, I have discovered Chipotle’s food. .. And I LOVE it. I mostly wanted to leave a review for this specific Chipotle location, though(Broadway/Belmont). Out of all the locations I have been to for Chipotle, this is my favorite. The customer service is always super fast and friendly and the food is consistently awesome. Even when it’s busy, the employees move us through pretty fast! With the food service industry, you often run into employees who don’t smile or serve you with fake friendliness(I’ve worked in fast food before, so I get it), or you could be the only person in line and it takes forever, but, at this Chipotle location I have never encountered any of this. So, I guess I just wanted to share that this is my favorite Chipotle location. Especially, since, you know, I have a new obsession for Chipotle food and crave it every day.

Chipotle is a big chain owned under the umbrella of McLovin it. It is known for trying to use local ingredients, non hormoned or organic, quality stuff. It’s also Mexican menu style. I like Mexican food so why not. This branch is always busy due to the location and the layout is weird, like, the eating areas are bisected. I do like care the put in the ingredients. But they iuse too many fillers such as the rice(which I think tastes bad) and the chips, though they’re good w the coarse salt and lime, portion of salsa and/or guac is too small for the size of chip bag. The tacos are alright. This location has run out of items a couple times I’ve been which was surprising.
