CIG Management meets a minimum level of satisfaction in terms of responding to the needs of tenants and maintaining their buildings. But issues may be left outstanding for months or years. The general mood is indifference. The one area they do seem especially focused on is pest control. Professional inspections are scheduled regularly. Other than that, many «quality of life» details are neglected. Example: they haven’t washed the exterior of the building for years — all the windows have a grimy film and you can’t see through them. (If I had a fireman’s ladder I’d get out there and do it myself.) Does that sound good to you? Then give CIG management a try.

Petra is a crazy slumlord who could give 2 s#!ts and a f*ck about the tenants… work orders are deferred for months with no follow up. Promises are made but never kept. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.
