Closet Outfitters

I had a bedroom closet, office cabinets and a makeup vanity built by Closet Outfitters. They actually just finished recently. I must say that this has been the best project that I have done with any contractor.
We interviewed several people to find someone to make a custom zebrawood vanity office cabinets and bedroom closets. Mostly, no one had even heard if zebrawood, and the others gave us astronomical prices for zebrawood (laminate on mdf, not even real wood).When we talked to Chris Poltorak and showed him our designs, he got what we wanted immediately. He was able to get us zebrawood in a laminate or a veneer on plywood. He was up front with pricing of different configurations (solid wood, laminate, different stains etc.) and for the most part responded quickly when contacted. I knew that he was someone who deserved my business.
From meet to install was about 5 months (although we were originally quoted 6 – 8 weeks).
Upon installation, John and a few of the other installers were a delight! They were respectful of our home and always cleaned their environment at the end of the day. We did have a few areas of chipped drywall from them bringing the cabinets in the house. However, since these guys were so diligent to finish the job and came on Saturday and worked almost 12 hours we forgave those issues. I really felt bad because they were working in my attic that was rather hot, but they perservered in good spirits.
The final job exceeded my expectations. My custom vanity is to die for. The finishes are high quality and really differentiate my lincoln park townhouse from all the others.
We did have some scratches on the side walls of the makeup vanity from the glass counter being re-​installed that we hope will be sorted.
Overall, I would definitely use this company again.
