To file a complaint with VISA call(800) 847‑2911 and ask for a US support specialist. All the networks allow a merchant to ask for identification. MasterCard and Visa, however, explicitly prohibit retailers from requiring an ID to accept a properly signed card. «They can ask for that ID, but you can refuse to show the ID and they still must accept the card,» says Paul Stephens, director of policy and advocacy at the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, a nonprofit that advocates for consumer privacy rights.

I’ve shopped here pretty regularly for a few years, until today. I walked in today and saw that they had my favorite beer(Founder’s KBS). But it was priced at $ 15.99 for a 12 oz bottle. You got greedy and now I will not shop at your place again.

I like this store for its selection of craft beer. There is so much to choose from. The staff is friendly as well. I don’t judge the store on the property managers decision to boot cars in the lot if the driver leaves the lot. It is Wicker Park and that is pretty much how it works in those high traffic neighborhoods. So, if you use the lot, make sure you do not leave the premises, even to go to the restaurant next door, which by the way has a sign that tells you not to park in the lot.

I feel prompted to write a review for this store based on the previous(and only) review of this place. Although I dislike the the practice of employing someone who’s sole responsibility is to boot a vehicle when the owner walks away, a lot of businesses do it. And unless the poster is new to the city, he shouldn’t be surprised by this practice. But anyway, I’m off to a bad start. I’m writing a review precisely because the«boot review» neglects to mention anything about the actual store. I’d say this is an above-average liquor store for the size of it. The liquor and wine selections are ample from what I remember. What really stuck with me though was the quality of their beer selection. D & D carries a nice selection of craft/micro brews that can make you spend some time trying to decide. The prices are on par with other liquor stores and the staff have been friendly enough when I’m in there. In summary, if you’re a Bud/Miller kind of person, the selection will astound you. If your favorite bar is the Map Room, you will at least find the selection suitable for a night of drinkin’.
