Dci Bedrooms

Hands down the furniture is BEAUTIFUL! I wanted to buy everything in there! Customer service is a good. This woman named Marlene is very nice and helps you find what ever you need and in your budget. BUT, the delivery… I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. EVER…EVER …EVER…I ordered a beautiful 3 piece dinning set, it has been 3 weeks and they still have not delivered it to my apt.. I tried to get a refund, but i was told that i would be charged 122.00 just to get my money back, WHAT? Are you serious? Thats crazy… sooooo, i had to pick another table because she doesnt know when the table i originally wanted will be in stock… how great is that. I wonder how long its going to take before i get this one…3 weeks. HA…but if you dont mind waiting 3 weeks + to get your order, then by all means go ahead, the furniture is nice… but if you want your stuff at a certain time, or a certain day, or just dont wanna wait that long i suggest you move on to another store… DCI delivery sucks. DCI should stand for (D)ont (C)ome (I)n.
