This spa is amazing!!!
Beautiful, modern interior and nice atmosphere.
When I walk in for the first time I was am greeted with a smile. Monika and her staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They politely treat clients individually to answer questions or address any concerns and never appear to be in a hurry. I decide to do facial only, but after talking with Monika I bought laser removal for good price (under arm, legs and bikini) you don’t feel any pain. Also the solo bed is really good, I decided do the photo facial series to and I’m in the middle of tattoo removing. I am extremely pleased with my results.
Every time I have gone I feel comfortable, taken care of, and relaxed. The people there always care about how you are doing and make sure that you have the best treatment you can get. I would recommend them to anyone who is willing to try laser treatment because it has been one of the most effective methods and painless.

Love love love! I originally found Deluxe MedSpa from purchasing a groupon and it was the best decision! I have gone for 2 Sola Sauna sessions with Monika so far, and I am hooked. The far infrared treatment is incredible on its own, but while you are sweating out all those toxins, Monika gives you an LED light face treatment.
Monika is so nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes I feel awkward even when I am getting my hair cut, so it was very nice to have someone like Monika who makes everything very comfortable. I have been taking on a healthier life style and Monika was so knowledgable about diet and cleansing and it was nice to talk to her about it while I was in the process of cleansing!
Aside from the knowledgeable and friendly staff, the location itself is very nice. The interior seems very new and looks very nice and there is relaxing music always playing. It all felt very deluxe and I couldnt believe how much personal attention I was getting.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a facial, sola saunca, or anything else! Monika really knows her stuff and is very good at explaining everything she is doing :)

Had a great first visit last week. Monika is super sweet and nice to talk with. I tried the Sola sauna which was really relaxing, and Monika gave an awesome face massage the entire time. Will definitely be going back to try other services!

Very nice interior design, stuff is helpful and professional — Monica helped me with choosing my first package for hair removal. Already had 2 procedures and I can see huuuuuge difference. I tried before some other place and after 6 procedures I still have hair regrown. After first treatment at Deluxe my hair started growing back after 2months!!! Just had second one — we will see how it goes now. They are using brand new laser machine which is great. I can highly recommend this place — i will be coming back here.

DeLuxe MedSpa is new to the Roscoe Village neighborhood and what a great addition. I have had two amazing facials so far including their Pumpkin Facial that is on special through November — I thought it was a great value. My skin has never looked better! Their décor is lovely and Monika is incredibly knowledgeable! I also love their Lira product line. I will definitely go back!

I am giving them five stars based on my one treatment; my guess is they’d be great across all of them. I did the sola sauna. You lay on a massage table and they put a tunnel-​like device over you. They describe it as infrared wavelengths that warm you up. You definitely get warm in the ‘tunnel’. It feels different than just being in a dry sauna (like the wood rooms). I recommend drinking a good amount of water the day leading up to your treatment. About half way through the 40 minute session, the wonderful aestatician Monica gave a wonderfully relaxing facial. They have a beautiful shower to use after your treatment (because you sweat). This is great now, but I can already picture some sessions in the winter!
