Domino’s Pizza

I passed by yesterday and took my favourite pizza. All locations doing really good job. I can comment here a nice atmosphere and helpfum staff. It was done on time and exactly how i wanted. Cause my order is different from their menu. Thanks.

This is my local Domino’s been going to this location for 4 year and it never disappoints me! I go there so much I feel like I know everyone lol food is always fresh delivery guys are always doing their best to make sure everyone gets their pizza on time. Don’t get me started on all the new upgrades! Location is small but very clean and modern!

I used to avoid ordering from Domino’s since there’s so many other non-​chain places to order pizza from. But over the years Domino’s stepped up their game in almost every category & now I order from here pretty regularly. Their online ordering system is very easy to navigate & shows the progress of your order from when preparation starts to when the delivery driver leaves with your food. I especially like ordering online since you can customize your order with minimal chance of the order getting botched. The delivery has been consistent each time I’ve ordered & typically receive it within 10 – 15 mins after it leaves the store. I haven’t had any issues worth mentioning & will continue ordering from here when I’m looking for a quick, affordable place that delivers all day.

i don’t know why this people bitch about delivery time… i always order from here and no more than 20 mins i have my pizza delivered…

I order a medium pizza online and it takes over an hour to get here, when it does the pizza driver pulls up and starts beeping his horn like 5 – 6 times then calls me, I answer «is that you beeping like that?» He responds «uh yeah I thought that was you outside» um 1. You don’t know me like that and 2. How unprofessional. I will never order from here again.

One Star is honestly being nice. I placed an order at 3pm so my pizza could be delivered at 5:30 pm. At 5:37 I get a call saying the pizza won’t be delivered for another 2 hours. Are you kidding me? Oh and let me say, she said she called before yet there was nothing registered on my phone AND no voicemail. Never again.

The pizza was cheaper by calling to the store app was more expensive The pizza came really fast ordered as sausage and jalapeño pizza good and spicy delivery guy was friendly he didn’t mine I came out in my underwear

I Happened to be visiting my cousin in the city on a busy Sunday during the football games. I must have called two other local independent pizza shops and they told me that it would take over an hour and a half just to deliver two large pizzas!!! lol can’t wait that long especially after having a few beers the munchies really got to us hahhaaa. So I called this dominos and Eddie the Store Manager took my order. I told him that we were super hungry and we’re also on a time crunch just so I could get the pizza a little faster. This gentleman hands down was probably one of the most professional pizza managers I’ve spoken to. He waited patiently on the phone while I was asking everyone what they wanted on their pizza and he didn’t put me on hold either. He said it would take 45 minutes to an hour at this point I didn’t care because their prices were way better anyways. Literally 35 – 40 minutes later Eddie delivered the pizza himself and our order was on point… Extra crushed peppers were added in the bag as promised! Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Hot and fresh ready to dominate!!! Thanks Again for your professionalism Eddie you will hear from me again lol!

Dude, Eddie. We had a mishap tonight where our order was cancelled on accident. I don’t know how. Internet mishap, out of delivery range… Something. I called because the tracker was no longer tracking. I spoke with someone unhelpful who then connected me to Eddie, the manager. I told him I planned on grabbing tacos around the corner from my house. I love Domino’s and appreciate their customer service, but I was starving! I was hungry and irritated and needed to eat. Eddie, the manager, insisted that he would deliver it himself with care and precision. We had a bit of banter and within 20 minutes, I had the pizza I was promised. He was a complete gentleman and refused my tip. I am thoroughly impressed with how he handled my situation. Through a faux pas, Eddie has made my experience very positive. What. A. Dude. What a dude.

Ordered two medium pizzas online and it took over an hour to receive them. Not only were the pizzas wrong, but one of them is all burnt. To add to my frustration, now they decide not to answer my calls. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER be ordering from this location again!!!

Have pizza from there came nice an warm. super fast delivery… Love the app. You can add coupons with no problems.

Domino’s… always a good choice. Perfect on a Saturday night when it is raining out and you just want to watch a movie and eat yourself silly. Tastes great with Coca Cola too.

Wow, I’m surprised at the negative reviews for this place. I can’t say I’m a real regular customer here, but I do grab a carry out special about once every 2 or 3 months. Personally I’ve never been anything but very happy with the service and the product that they sell. Whether I order in person, on the phone or on the internet my order always tastes great and is ready when they say it will be. I will definitely continue to frequent this store! I can’t honestly say it’s the best pizza I’ve eaten since moving to Chicago a couple years ago, but when you click the box to give it a 4 star rating off to the right of the box with stars it says, «Yay, I’m a fan.» and that certainly describes me so therefore they get the 4 star rating. Thanks for the great pizza and great service Domino’s!!!

Cold ass pizza

FEMALE MANAGER HAS A HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM. It took almost an hour and a half to get our pizza. The tracker online said it left the store at 5:16 and it didn’t get to my apt. until 6:07. When i called to voice my concern about the pizza sitting in the driver’s car for almost an hour, the manager got an attitude and just said he had other orders to deliver. And of course the pizza tastes old and heat-​lamped. I guess it’s my fault for ordering this garbage anyway. Good job Dominos!
By the way, there’s a $ 2 delivery charge, none of which goes to the driver. What a f*cking joke.
