Donegal Imports

Bought a ring for my daughter a couple years ago here. The band broke so I brought it back to see if it could be fixed. The owner of the shop replaced it with a brand new ring! A wonderful experience. Highly recommend this store.

This place is a hidden GEM! I love it… I got hooked on a discontinued Waterford pattern. I searched a lot of stores closer to my house, but none of them ever had the pattern in stock. And since I only do things last minute, I didn’t really have the chance to order the glasses in advance. But every time I called, they had exactly what I needed — like 3 Chrismas eve’s in a row! So next time you need to buy a set of discontinued Waterford pattern wine glasses on Christmas Eve becasue you couldn’t think of anything else to get for you soon-​to-​be, cheating ex-​partner, I’d go to Donegal Imports! PS. just in case you care, I kept the glasses in the break-​up :-)

Donegal Imports is the only shop I go to when I’m needing a special gift, such as the trinity necklace that I’ve been purchasing for each of my niece’s for one of their milestone birthdays. It’s not something that I’d get at just any jewelry store. I visited the shop one day a few years ago while passing by and the shop owner was just so nice an informative. I went back to see about a gift for my oldest niece and he’s the one that helped me find the perfect gift. Unfortunately (or fortunately for my wallet) I’m not close enough in distance to go there all the time, but it is the only place that pops out of my mouth when anyone is looking for truly authentic Irish pieces and a welcoming atmosphere.

A nice Irish import store. They carried a good selection of stuff, comparable to other Irish import stores I have been in. The pricing looked pretty good in comparison.

I bought a Christmas gift here for one of my friends and let me tell you, he’s as Irish as they come. He loved the piece that I bought him and he’s pretty qualified to decide what’s quality Irish goods and what’s not.
Very friendly staff and large selection of goods. They also offered to order something for me if I wasn’t able to find exactly what I wanted. The store itself has a very quaint, neighborhood charm to it — nothing ultra modern or over the top. Very simple, which is perfect for a shop like this!

Need some imported Irish goods? Some Irish made items for the home? They’ve even got Irish Cadbury, yes. Cadbury does taste different from country to country.
I found the prices to be a little higher in comparison to some of the other Irish import stores.
