Went in today which is a Sunday afternoon in June, it’s sunny and in the 80’s and Taste of Randolph is going on. I wanted some ice cream and there were no other customers in the store however the ice cream freezers looked like they were having a going out of business sale. They said they were out of mint chip! What BR is out of mint chip? Apparently what was was in the freezer was all that was left. There was no chocolate, no strawberry, no cookies and cream, no vanilla. Makes no sense that a BR has none of the basics left during the weekend in the summer. They should plan ahead and the staff should clean the ice cream freezers out as they didn’t look particularly clean.

I feel like this Dunkin’ must have changed ownership or something in the last year or so, or at least made some drastic improvements to their operations. I’ve had only great experiences here! Can only speak for the morning rush, but they are wonderful and fast. I walk in and the line is curved around the pole and almost to the door, but they keep the coffees flowing and I’m in and out(with food some days) in around five minutes, and it’s pretty key that I can rely on that. Get off bus 8:50, walk to Dunkin 8:52, leave by 8:58 and get to work 9:00AM on the dot heh. Service is really curt but they make up for it by working as fast as possible to get everyone in and out and I really appreciate it. Looks like a smooth running machine to me.

I came here this morning for the turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and what I got was a sausage patty FULL of hard bone fragments! Every single bite had bones in it. I thought I was trippin’ because I had the exact same sandwhich 2 weeks ago with no problem, and that’s the only reason I gave it an extra star because I’m hoping this is rare and they just got a bad batch of meat. I called and they said they would look into it… thee end. No «sorry we tried to kill you ma’am», nothing. I contacted their corporate offices via email, however b/c ‘ish like this can not only cause damage to your teeth but small children may choke on them. This is why I rarely fool w/dunkin donuts. If it’s not the weak arse coffee giving me the blues, it’s the damn food trying to take me AND my teeth out!!! I am totally and completely straight off DD.

This has to Be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to so far. The only true reason why I even go to this place is because it is so close to my job so I visit during breaks or for a quick coffee in the morning even though of course I tend to regret not going through a drive thru somewhere else. Food and beverages are very bad. They over charge and service is not that great. The crew barely speaks English, do not get me wrong they’re friendly at times but to work at a location in the downtown area and not be able to communicate clearly with your customer seems to be sort of a problem. When I do go to this location it never ceases to fail that I see another customer complaining about the service. I truly do not recommend this location for anyone unless you are in the area and you must have a coffee lol.

This is a really sad Dunkin donuts location. Not that I expect much from DD, but this one is really awful. This location, unfortunately, is right across the street from my work so I tend to come here often. The service is awful. It takes them forever to get any order together. That isn’t a big deal for me really. I want coffee and I’ll wait to get it. However, there is a short lady who works there, and I assume she is the manager because I never see her doing anything except working the cash register and screaming at the other employees who work there. She is screaming at them everytime I go in there. It makes me feel bad for placing an order. My coffee and hash browns are not worth the degrading and harassing your employees. It seriously is so bad that I’ve completely walked out before. It’s not like it’s helping them work faster, the girls just look annoyed and flustered. Beyond that, I’ve had to call them out on some pretty disgusting health hazards in regards to the way they are preparing my food. I would be watchful if you order food from here. Also, the location looks fine from the outside, but is pretty dirty and dated on the inside. Being in such a nice location(west loop) you’d think they’d fix it up a little to blend in with the other business’ in the area. I will probably still come here at 7 am before work, but I will continue hating it every time.

What needs to be said of a Dunkin Donuts? America runs on Dunkin, right? They are wonderful establishments. I wonder why we do not have one here in Seattle. I just love getting a cake donut and a coffee, but they also have other items such as breakfast sandwiches, etc. The shop was well lighted, clean and orderly, and the wait staff was very polite and helpful… they showed great consideration for those of us that have a hard time picking a donut!!!

Terrible donuts. I ordered two and each was dry as bones. If you told me that these donuts were made 4 days ago, I would believe you. I took one bite of each donut and then put them in the trash. If «donuts» is in the name of your business, you should be able to make them well. Dunkin Donuts cannot. Avoid.

This like any other DD is okay. I do like having the BR in the same place though as I often like to get a milkshake. I like this place cause of its location as its pretty convenient for me. The only thing I dont like about this place sometimes is the employees. They can be a bit I guess stiff or have an attitude but otherwise the service is okay.

I spied this place and ducked in while walking down Washington Ave. to a taping at the Rosie Show at Harpo Studios. I usually have really great experiences at DD. But I must say that this one was a bit lacking. The tiny woman at the counter just didn’t seem to like her job much; a bit bothered. By what, I really don’t know. But kind of like a repellant. My order seemed to come out okay, but when I looked at the breakfast wrap, it just looked like maybe it had been sitting around for a while. I was starved, so I ate it and it was okay. But I have to say I’ve had much better, nicer service at DDs elsewhere.

What can you say? It’s a DD like any other place. My usual? 1 glazed donut OR a breakfast croissant sandwich.

I wish I could find some corporate information where I could log a formal complaint! These people just can’t get a simple order for a cup of coffee correct. I would go there everyday but the place is just a circus even when there is no line. I love DD’s coffee but today my coffee has a boat load of sugar in it… there is no consistency with the taste of their coffee. One time I took my cup of coffee back and told them it was incorrect and the woman looked at me as if I was trying to swindle her!!! Seriously, just get me the correct order. She then poured some of the coffee out and topped it off with new coffee and more cream… my coffee was cold. After going back and forth with her she still couldn’t get it right and asked me what time I purchased the coffee??? So most of the time I just brew my coffee at home now but still have the craving for DD’s coffee so I just go there maybe once every three weeks. Customer Service= zero

I love me some dd coffee every now and then so waking up a bit hungover on Saturday I headed over here for my fix. OMG I’m amazed at how difficult it is for these employees to do anything. There were about 3 people taking my order and then another 4 getting my bagel ready. There were a good 10 people working and each one was dumber than the next. They had no clue what was going on… one cut the bagel, one toasted it, the next one had no idea what to put on it, and then one bagged it. It was highly entertaining to watch… if I wasn’t so hungover I might have stayed and watched for enjoyment purposes.

Under the misguided and incorrect assumption that enough time had passed since my last awful experience at this DD location(see prior review for the deets), I made my way back this morning in search of a bagel and hot chocolate. Of course, given the fiasco last time, I intended to keep my eye on the staff as my order was being prepared … The bagel was handled with care, cut with a clean knife, toasted, and cream cheesed by a gloved worker. OK! Now, how can someone making a hot chocolate do something disgusting? I was watching the woman(forgot her name, but if you’ve ever been — she’s the really nasty one with an attitude) banging on the hot chocolate dispenser as if it hadn’t been used in a while. I continued to watch and then SAWHERBLOWINTOMYCUPFULLOFHOTCHOCOLATE. YES — SHEBLEWINTOMYHOTCHOCOLATE. I asked her WTF she was doing and she said there was some powder left on top and she was mixing it. This response came with an attitude and again my mind was blown. When she handed it to me, I nearly threw it in her face across the counter but figured I’d rather spend 5 minutes writing this review and another 5 or so on the phone logging a complaint with the health department than a few hours in jail. So, get your disgusting West Loop DD while you can because I’m on a mission to shut that sh*t down.

*Medium Coffee *Cream *Two Splendas (optional: veggie egg white flatbread if I happen to need food). Know your order, or deal with the wrath of Malvika. She’s the most petite(no really, she can barely see over the counter, don’t be fooled) coffee slinger in all the land, and she’ll rip your head off if you aren’t ready. I’d appreciate it, too if you could figure yourself out prior to reaching the front of the line. Since like, my order is easy and you people in front of me are the only obstacles in my journey to being 1. awake and 2. functional. Malvika is among my favorite people on Washington Avenue.

A star for proximity to my house, a star for the combo 1 – 2 punch of DD and Baskin Robbins in one place and a star for never having a line. Where they lose stars is 1 for how slow the service is… like I said, never a line, you’d think a coffee to go wouldn’t take so long, or 2 ice cream cones to go, but whatever, I try to be patient. The major letdown was for my birthday ice cream cake. My husband, God love him, wanted to make my birthday special by getting the cake that I grew up having each year as a kid on my birthday. Well, the twits at Baskin Robbins made it wrong! I am an expert at the Grasshopper Pie… it comes in a chocolate cookie crust, NOT graham cracker and sadly, it just wasn’t as good. Not my husband’s fault, he certainly did his best. But come on Baskin Robbins, can you get it right next year? I’m willing to give you another chance!
