This Dunkin Doughnuts should be the Chicago flagship for service. Super friendly guys working here!

I am here weekly and it is hands down one of the most friendly and quick DD locations I have ever been to. They recently renovated and the place looks great! The only downside for those who don’t walk might be the small and congested parking lot early in the morning.

This Dunkin Donuts has excellent service. These guys know all of their regulars by name and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. Other than that, this is a pretty run of the mill Dunkin but I thought the review was worthy just based on their service.

I’m not usually one to right reviews of chain stores. They’re usually one in the same with relatively interchangeable experiences. That being said, this is a great Dunkin Donuts. I went in for the first time today. They seem to know all the regulars by name. The gentleman in back(either the manager or the franchisee) pointed out that I was a new face and offered me a free welcome munchkin. That little gesture just guaranteed many more visits on my trips to the north side. It’s nice to be treated well from time to time

Had to order a last minute GIANT order for work(+125ppl), and they not only pulled it off in time, but also threw in a extra few donuts! Danny the AM manager, and Jeremy the PM worker both were HUGE helps, and I really appreciated the quick service! Will def go there again!

I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich without bacon. When my sandwich was ready, the server yells out, «breakfast sandwich extra heavy on the bacon» as a joke. He was pretty funny. He also yelled out«have a nice day» as I was leaving. That’s what good customer service is all about. He’s having fun with people and enjoying his day. Makes for a nice experience.

This is one shout out I would be remiss if I did not post. Denny the the store manager or whatever his title there was outstanding in making something as a simple as a going away treat for a special teacher possible. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure the Spider Man cake I ordered incorrectly was delivered to a bunch of 4 year olds saying goodbye to their special teacher. It is really something special when a long existing franchise still proves it has members working there that understand the value of going the extra mile for a customer. Thank you Denny for playing the role of Grub Hub to a bunch of 4 year olds who still believe the world is a perfect place.

Decent DND. Staff was nice. Coffee was great as always, donuts not as good as high end donut places, so that’s the lack of the fifth star.

2 stars because out of going there 10+ times they’ve gotten my order right ONCE. I work nearby and usually one person will go grab coffee for everyone. Even if you write it down and its handed to them you probably will end up with something weird and more expensive. If you want regular coffee and don’t care about amounts or absence of cream and sugar you might be okay, but big empahsis on the might. If you want anything else don’t bother.

I’m in here almost every workday, and the place runs like clockwork. Most of the staff have my drink memorized, everyone is friendly, and I’ve rarely had a problem with my orders. There are even free samples on occasion. Amit, the manager, is a true god among donut shop operators. This location was previously in somewhat shabby condition, but thanks to a remodel in the winter of 2014/2015, the interior is now clean and sleek, although it doesn’t offer the full stay-and-sip ambiance of a Starbucks or independent coffee shop. Make no mistake, this is still a hyper-commercialize coffee/donut/ice cream chain, but for what it does, it does it right.

This is the worst DD I’ve ever been to, and I would give it zero stars if I could. Thank you, DD for a) making us late because we were waiting 25 min for 2 bagel & egg sandwiches, b) providing 6 people who ordered after us with their food before we got our food, c) giving us the wrong coffee order and acting like it was a burden to remake it, and finally d) giving us the wrong freaking food order after we waited 25 min. To say we are now in a bad mood for a lovely 5 hour car ride to Michigan is an understatement. F you, Dunkin Donuts. Never ever again. This location should have their franchise revoked.

Quite possibly the best DD in the city I know. The manager and staff are always pleasant and polite, and that extra donut the manager throws in the bag when your not looking is why i keep coming back for more!

Most efficiently run DD I have ever been to. Was in/out in about 1 min! I adore the toasted almond coffee light & sweet! Please come to CA, please, please, please!!!

just wanted to give a little shout out to my favorite DD in the city. these are the people i wake up to every morning and grab a medium decaf iced coffee with skim milk and 4 splendas, with an occasional bagel/sandwich/donut. they always give me extra munchkins.

So after some discussion my gf and I agreed there are definitely«good» Dunkin Donuts and«bad» Dunkin Donuts in the Chicago area. Good meaning that reliably we get good coffee(e.g. not burnt, caff/decaf, etc)… bad meaning that they, more often than not, seem to get something ‘not right’ or just plain wrong. This location I’ve only been to about 5 times, but they are consistently good and also have some fresh fruit(usually bananas and oranges) out for purchase. Definitely deliver on the food quality. About the only knock on this location is that I kind of feel more like a number than a person. But that being said I feel it’s the best Dunkin in that area.

I Love This Place! I always walk away with free stuff and will purposely wait until I get to the city and go to this DD(instead of stopping on my way in from the suburbs). The manager is super friendly, and like I said, always end up with a free donut out of the deal. Just today, I ordered a muffin, said thanks, got in the car… and what do you know?! A muffin and a donut!

It was a sweltering day in Chicago, and nothing could hit the spot better than a cup of Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee. Or so I thought. I paid for 2 iced coffees, one for my wife, one for myself with a gift card. And here is a description of the result. Iced Coffees #1: What looked like a half-cup of cream was was added to our medium-sized coffee cups before any coffee went in. What was handed to me looked like a cup of milk with ice cubes. We asked the man on duty he could make it a bit darker. So he dumped a bit out of each cup and added a splash(we’re talking a tablespoon here) of pure iced coffee. I mentioned again that it looked very light for coffee and so he dumped out a bit more and added some hot coffee, melting the ice cubes and providing nothing stronger in the end result. The final product was revolting and I asked if he would make us another round. Iced Coffees #2: As he poured the second round of iced coffee, I realized that the coffee itself looked like weak iced tea in the cup before cream and sugar were even added. My guess is that a) ice cubes were added to the coffee and melted in the bin or b) grounds were being recycled in the brewing process. And again the end result was a tasteless cup of cream. Iced Coffees #3: This time, we requested two cups of pure iced coffee and told him that we would add milk and sugar ourselves. I tasted mine without adding anything and it may as well have been a cup of water. It was almost completely devoid of a coffee taste. I pointed out to him that the coffee he was serving tasted absolutely nothing like coffee and requested a refund. At this point, the man serving us became angry and demanded to know which other locations had served us coffee better than the brew he was serving. He refused to refund our money and when challenged, he became belligerent. I informed him that if he would not refund our money, we would help ourselves to beverages of our choice from his cooler. He threw his hands up and dismissed us, and I walked out of Dunkin’ Donuts with a Gatorade instead of iced coffee. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to revoke the franchise license of this place. Near as I could tell, the ice cream offerings were ok. But I wasn’t there for ice cream, I was there for coffee.
