Stay away. Especially at night. Only one person was available to help us, and he was in the back of the store and kept us waiting. When he finally came out(someone in line had to yell for him) he came up to the front and was dressed like a janitor. While he did wash his hands before handling food, he hawked up and spat into the sink. To do this in front of us definitely didn’t help our appetites. He didn’t use gloves either, instead using the small cookie sheets. I was still uncomfortable. Someone in line bailed and ran out of the place, I probably should have too. It always bothers me how Dunkin doesn’t have protective doors on their donut display. This frees all of the donuts and other food to be subject to immense amounts of bacteria, dust and flies from the store and the outside world. In fact, the flies were even visibly hovering around the donuts in this display. Yuck. This location could be worse. I haven’t used the bathrooms, but the place looks okay. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from my order. Just don’t go here.

For some reason this Duncan is always slow slow slow on customer service. Food is the same as any other DD.

Still my favorite Dunkin Donuts because: 1) They have vanilla chai(not listed on the menu) 2) They have ALMOND milk as a substitute for regular milk(perfect for those lactose intolerant people like me). Extra cost is $ 0.50 but so worth it! P.S Not all Dunkin Donut stores have Almond Milk. Thank you for being fantastic!

I recently moved to the area and was pleased to find a Dunkin Donuts across the street from my apartment. However, my delight ended after the first time I went to this location. Every time I have gone there, on a weekday, I have to wait at least ten minutes in line. I don’t mind waiting, but it is frustrating when there is someone siting behind the counter doing nothing while there is a line out the door. In addition, there is usually something wrong with my order. I never thought a coffee with only cream was a complicated order, but I guess it is. When I go on the weekends there never seems to be a problem with waiting in line or getting my order right.

Donuts are the same here as every location on earth. The difference here is that they are a bit ghetto. You want some attitude at the register, have a large bill and no singles; you’re gonna get some lip about it. Damn I love the double chocolate donuts!

Walked in after midnight and the guy behind the counter says they only have plain old fashioned donuts available. What kind of a 24 hr donut shop has only one type of donut available? And the one available is the most boring donut ever invented. I ended up finding an assorted collection at the 24 hr location up on Lake just east of State.

Pumpkin donut! Enjoying a Girls’ Weekend in Chicago meant I was able to take advantage of Dunkin’ Donuts I’m a big fan of their coffee & knowing they had Pumpkin Donuts only made the appeal that much more… unfortunately, I was not blown away by my long weekend’s worth of visits The coffee each morning wasn’t as sugary /creamy that I’m used to — I always ask for sugar & cream when I go to DD& I’ve never been disappointed until this location. Coffee tasted pretty watery & wasn’t nearly creamed enough but had too much sugar Their Pumpkin Donuts were all over the board: Pumpkin Glazed — my fave — a sweet cakey donut Pumpkin Filled — powdered, vanilla icing-filled donut w/orange coloring for the«pumpkin». My least fave Pumpkin Muffin — not nearly enough pumpkin flavor & there was a fakeness to the taste So for offering pumpkin donuts, I gotta love you & your chocolate & blueberry cake donuts were their usual awesomeness as well but your coffee skills at this location need serious help

This is a standard Dunkin’ Donuts, but I felt compelled to write a review because the people working here were so NICE. I forgot to ask for cream and she came out and poured it into my coffee and brought a big giant spoon out to make sure it was mixed in properly… she could have just handed me the cream carton! So nice. 242⁄365

This is a strange Dunkin Donuts on Clark Street in the South Loop. We frequented here this past year as it was next to my daughters apartment building. It’s not all too clean, the people working there are not particularly attentive. But, they have fairly clean bathrooms available if you need one. We would often go in, not get anything, but sit at one of their tables until our daughter came down. Honestly, I don’t think I ever went to the counter, so I can’t speak to what they serve. My star rating it strictly based on the fact that(1) it’s not too clean and(2) I don’t think I’ve ever seen or spoken to anyone who works there. You would think that, if someone came in an sat down at one of your tables, someone working there would at least one time say«can I help you with anything?»

This DD is always clean and almost always empty. Sometimes you can meet a group of Columbia College students seating there or one CTA bus driver, but no crowds or lines. And the guy and girl over the counter are always extremely nice and you can see that they enjoy their work which is pretty rare in DDs. Thanks for being one of the nicest coffee places in Down Town!

It couldn’t have been hotter outside. What would I have done without the Dunkin’ Donuts on Clark during the Printer’s Row Lit Fest!!! The lady behind the counter graciously gave me change back with quarters and also extended her kind nature by waiting on me to slowly give her the names of the drinks I wanted, seeing as I was totally out of sorts in the 90+ degree weather. I bought a donut, and by the time the Fest was over, I think I’d had three iced teas.

This Dunkin Donuts location is very poor. I live only a few hundred feet away, but when guests are over I advise them to go to one of the locations several blocks away instead. The staff is always very slow and unmotivated. If I order coffee and a donut, by the time they’ve figured out how to put a donut in a bag they’ve forgotten that I ordered a coffee. Every single time I’ve gone there for a drink I’ve had to stand around awkwardly waiting until someone sees me and asks if I’m waiting for something. The poor and slow service combined with the odd hours(their hours of operation weren’t listed until very recently, turns out they close at 6PM) make this one of the worst DD locations I’ve been to.

Unfriendly employees. Never a smile. Couldn’t care less. Today I was so fed up that I just left. Too many way nicer DDs around — not leaving my money with that one anymore. Bummer but after over one year I’m just sick of their attitude.

Was glad to have this DD open closer to home than the one at Dearborn and Congress. But, they seem to operate at odd hours that are not consistent, making it inconvenient.
