This place is f’d out. The workers do not communicate with each other and they lie about the menu. I was told there was no such thing as a chips ahoy coolatta, yet I go a block away to the other dunkin on Wells and there it is on a big f’ing poster. Now the fact that I ordered it and was disgusted and threw it away after two sips because I don’t need 1000 calories in the morning is beside the point. The point is the place on financial lied about its existence and they f’d up my breakfast sandwich order and gave it to some rando because they can’t communicate with the customer for sh! t. I go to dunkin donuts maybe twice a year because I’m not a fat a$$ looking to catch diabetes, but I can guarantee I’ll never step foot in that terrible dunkin donuts again. Shut that place down!

She stole my money! Here’s the story I go to DD, I placed my order pay with my perks cards but was short gave the cashier a $ 20 told her I wanted to pay the difference then put the remainder on the perks card, long story short the cashier chick DIDNOT apply it all, my change which totaled to be .70 cents. It’s not the value it’s the principle. If I wanted to give u a tip I would have but don’t steal from me! Gesh!!! From now on I’ll walk up to the one on Jackson I love their customer service

I go to this Dunkin Donuts all the time for coffee since is it by my work. However, this afternoon I went down for the 99 cent iced coffees after 3pm. I simply asked the cashier(Darnell) if the deal was for hot or iced coffee. He told me just iced and asked me what size. I asked what size the deal is for? He then gives me so much attitude, raises his voice and states«well I need to know what size you want so I give you the right drink! URGH!» and then dramatically rolls his eyes at me. Being the customer, I had to ask Darnell to cut the attitude because I was just asking a simple question. People in line were laughing because they could not believe how rude this cashier was. After all of this, he still got my single coffee order completely wrong. I have never had a customer experience like that before. This Dunkin location really needs to look into hiring better employees – especially after reading a few other reviews on here.

I have always been a dunkin coffee fan. And now I’m a dunkin hot chocolate fan! Try the salted caramel hot chocolate… it.is.wonderful. Especially during these never ending Chicago winter days. I just don’t understand why someone would want to go to Starbucks over DD for any type of beverage. Starbucks is only good for the ambience. DD wins in the coffee/tea/and now hot chocolate market!

I like DD. They have a ton of variety and its cheaper than most coffee chains. I love the turkey sausage muffin and flatbreads. Also, the donuts are actually pretty damn good as well. I hate to admit it. This location is ok. The staff is kind of meh. They act like you are bothering them. I dont need a song and dance when I come in, but maybe acknowledgement or a small smile would be nice? Overall, it does the job in a pinch, but I would prefer to go somewhere else for my morning joe.

Dunkin’ Donuts rocks! Their coffee beats Starbucks any day of the week. Like any chain establishment you get pretty much the same at any location as far as the product is concerned. It is customer service that sets one location apart from another. DnD has great coffee but the strength can vary between different locations. Sometimes weaker; sometimes stronger. Most of the time it’s just right. Donuts, bagels, flatbreads, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, lattes, muffins, and pizza. They gotcha covered. This is a busy location as it’s right across from the Board of Trade and the Board of Options Exchange; so don’t be too upset if you get there after 9AM and they are out of your favorite bagel or donut. Early bird gets the worm. The service here has definitely improved. When I first started patronizing this establishment the service was, well, rude and chaotic. People yelling over one another helping whoever in line is brave enough to shout their order back. No sense of a line or organization. First shout, first served. Over the past few years it appears managers have come and gone and now they at least have one that can manage the staff well enough to keep things moving quickly, orderly, and with the occasional smile. They don’t get orders wrong that often any more but if you are getting a big order or something for a very picky eater you better double check it before you leave. Same rule for any fast food visit. All in all this is a good place to get your morning fix. Just don’t be scared if things get a little crazy; it’s just donuts and coffee.
