I just ordered sasome bagel, croissant and caramel latte from this place. The secod star is for the nice place. Low rating is for the bagels and crossants from yesterday. Even after toasting they were still very hard. Caramel latte ended up super sweet. Usually it is less sweet than that. They need to work on improving the food quality.

This is for the Dunkin’ Donuts on 18th St. Seriously, don’t bother with this place! Went there a few minutes before 3:00 P.M. for their .99 cent iced coffee, which runs from three till six. The girl behind the counter said that it was not available yet. I asked her what time it was(to emphasize it was a minute or two till 3:00PM) and she answered 3:35, then corrected herself and said it was 3:45. When I showed her my phone with the correct time, she then informed me that the stores computers were ten to fifteen minutes slow, and have been that way for a while, and they could not offer the special until there clock read 3:00PM, which would be in fifteen minutes. All I can say is give me a friggim break. So I told her what i think she should do with her clock, and I left. This place does not deserve any ones business. Period.

I am elated that they finally moved the little rinky dink Dunkin Donuts to its new location. It use to be right under the el station for 18th street and it was just counter service with no place to sit and that would mean a very fast coffee experience. These days the new location nestled sweetly in a new building, boast some beautiful chairs and tables that overlook the now vintage 18th street. It Is going to be a nice summer indeed with the beauty of people watching and sipping on tea or coffee. The fact that they do accept coupons is really a good experience worth trying at least once. I come here super early in the morning and it never fails that the coffee s the reagent it can be. Donuts also seem to be fresh and never have I tasted a stale one at this location. I am glad they take pride in the service as well as quality of fools. This makes for a heart expertise indeed.
