Here we go, my bad experience. So, I am a regular here ever since I was younger, since it is the closest one to me. I have never had a problem here but recently this past month that I have gone, there has been a few. I came on Wednesday night(12÷09÷15) around 7 – 8 pm. The people who were working were named Andres, a boy, and Monique, a woman. They were EXTREMELYRUDE to my friends & I. I don’t think there was a manager around, whatever. It’s being posted on Unilocal, plus, I will personally come in and ask to speak to the manager if an accident happens again. So, everyday DD has that promotion when you buy 1 donut, you will get another one free a certain time to like midnight. I bought 6 individual donuts, meaning I was supposed to get 6 free. I have done this before at this location when other employees were working, I don’t recall their names but never did they have a problem with it. Apparently, Andres and Monique did. They refused to give me to donuts after I told them I was purchasing 6. Andres said I was wrong and tried to get smart with me. You’re never supposed to argue with a customer because that is not your job. Anyways, he didn’t give me the donuts after I bought 6. Basically, I paid for all of them and he didn’t even give me the free ones, EVEN when the promotion was going on. SMH. Was I supposed to make 6 different transactions in order for me to get my 6 free donuts?! That shouldn’t happen! Because for every donut purchased, there is ONE free! Anyways, after that Monique jumped in and tried to get smart with me as well, and I was telling my friends to proceed with their order. After we were done ordering, I overhead Monique and Andres speaking spanish. Sorry, pero yo tambien hablo español(I speak Spanish as well,) so I understood EVERYTHING and that is NOT appropriate for them to speak about a customer like that. This isn’t the first time I have had an encounter with Andres. Also, earlier this month, I came around 6pm, same time when promotion was going on, came with the same friends, asked for donuts, didn’t get any free. I purchased only TWO, one for my friend and one for myself. After we got our order that day, I remembered the promotion. We asked if we can get the donuts since they were free. He then claimed he «didn’t know the code» for him to give us the donuts. Sweetie if it’s free, it doesn’t really need to be entered into the register, they get thrown out at night anyways. Trust me, I have family who works at Dunkin, I know the situation. Overall, someone needs to sit down and talk to these two, especially Andres! He’s lucky I didn’t tell him off those two days!!!

This location messed up my order again two times in less than a month, but I’ve never been the kind to not give a place/person another chance so I came in last night at about 12pm after work and had asked for a iced latte and the young gentlemen(Javier) gave me a hot latte(2nd time around) when I said I wanted an iced latte, and he rang me up for an iced latte, but the problem wasn’t on how he screwed up my drink because I’m sure he was already exhausted the problem was that he didn’t apologize and when I politely asked for whip cream he said that’ll be 50 cents extra when I already paid $ 3.19 for a small iced latte so for extra whip cream it would of been almost $ 4.00 when I’m a regular at DD customer and usually pay $ 2.93 for a small with the caramel drizzle and whip cream.

Bill? You are going to blame Dunkin Donuts for the gangbangers in the city you mentioned thus giving them 2 stars for it– since that’s all you complained about? I call that a poor and above all a sad review and now Dunkin Donuts is penalized for that. Either way awesome place, awesome people and awesome food.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly. Speaking Spanish as a customer is definitely a plus, but if you don’t speak Spanish, you can still expect great service. A great place to stop by for a cup of coffee while waiting for the Metra.

Dear Dunkin Donuts Rogers Park, I cannot believe how much you have improved since September. The language barrier is not an issue at all(and I don’t even speak Spanish — just LATIN!). The food is delicious and a great value. I have learned a lot about customer service from you. I hope that someday each and every donut-fryer, trash-hauler, and windexer gets to open up his or her own bakery or whatever they want to do! Dear CUSTOMERS, Thanks for being patient and courteous while I dig through my giant bag each day, trying to find my coupons!

I had a decent experience with this location. Everyone was courteous, my food came out warm(warmer than any other quick-made breakfast product in a long time!), and my coffee was par considering the circumstances. I’d come here again during the day!
