Fair warning: I am a Bostonian currently living in Dunkin exile(Seattle) so do understand context as I pen this review. Having said that: You need to be here. Not enough time? Line too long? Don’t speak Hindi/Tamil? Prefer coffee from a green lady who promises the best? Stop. Miss your flight, betray your family, learn a new language — whatever you need to do. I have been to this kiosk between H and K many times. It is always busy and faithfully continues to meet me needs. Coffee– the best. Did I mention this? Elude to my strong preference for delicious, SUSTAINABLY sourced nectar? An array of 12 machines keep that line moving quickly. Foodstuffs– my suggestion is to order according to demand. Huge line? Grab a donutish item. Reasonable line? The smörgåsbord awaits your decision. I think the bottleneck is the toaster. There is one and the line throughout is too much for that little toaster. Don’t blame the toaster, blame the game. And the Dunkin game is strong.

This Dunkin’ Donuts makes me never want to go to any Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. The line was super long when I arrived, and the man behind me was complaining about how slow the three(extremely rude) workers were. There was one man and two women, and the woman behind the register was the absolute worst. After waiting 15 minutes in line the man asked my order, so I told him a plain bagel, toasted with cream cheese, and chocolate frosted donut. He got me the donut and told the nicer woman to make my bagel, and then I went to the register to pay. The woman in front of me also ordered a plain bagel, toasted but without cream cheese, yet the cashier charged her for cream cheese because the man told her I got a bagel with cream cheese and she got too confused. When it was my turn to pay, I told her exactly what I got and then swiped to pay, and the register wouldn’t take my card. So she told me to swipe again and she rudely looked at me and said«You got no money. How you pay!?» And I said«it has money on it» and she rudely said«obviously not! 75¢!!» So I rolled my eyes at her and gave her a $ 10, and she snatched it from me and continued to take her sweet old time getting my change. She handed me my change and then tossed my receipt at me. I groaned and rolled my eyes at her and went to get my bagel from the nicer lady. I walked to my gate, K19, not too far from this Dunkin’ Donuts, and when I sat down I checked my bank account. It shows she charged my card $ 3.02 and made my pay $ 0.75 in cash?!? Then I went to eat my bagel, and was extremely disappointed. If it was toasted, it was only toasted for about 30 seconds. It was not warm whatsoever and was super chewy. Probably the worst bagel I’ve ever eaten. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. I can’t think of any positives about this place. I’m ready to get on my plane and never come back.

Eh it’s ok. I wouldn’t expect much more from any DD outlet.

Service was fairly fast for how busy the line was in the morning. The workers were hustling to get through the line fast. The only real problem o had was that the coffee(which is one of the reasons I come here) was slightly burnt.

Alright, so this place is at an airport, I get it! But it is still a service/product that I am paying for. These folks have no idea what cust. Service is!

Personally, I really like Dunkin Donuts and I love that they have breakfast all day however the service here is TERRIBLE. The servers here really need to take a class on customer service because they are seriously driving customers away with their attitude. I’ve been here three times to grab a light lunch prior to boarding my flights and each time, the service was bad. I knew for a fact this place only had plastic knives and no forks so I already made the extra effort to pick up a plastic fork prior to ordering my croissant sandwich. However upon my last visit, I asked for a knife and one of the workers very rudely yelled back, «No, no knife and fork. Go to Manchu Wok over there.» So I calmly replied, «Manchu Wok doesn’t have knives, only Forks. I know you have knives in the back.» Good thing one of the other workers heard me and handed me a knife. Was it laziness or just downright rudeness? Who knows but staff from an establishment should not be pushing their customers to filch utensils from other places. If you don’t have any, you apologize and say you don’t. Food wise, it is what you would expect from a breakfast fast food. They have donuts(of course) and a variety of breakfast sandwiches(bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, and english muffin sandwiches). My personal favorite is the sausage & egg croissant sandwich. It’s really tasty and the croissant comes out warm, buttery, and flaky. It’s also really affordably priced at $ 3.50 per sandwich and about $ 5.50 for the meal which includes tater tots and coffee.

I mean… it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. The experience is pretty standard as far as food/drink goes, but the staff were horrific. It’s not every day that you meet people as rude as the ones I encountered here.

Airports can be very overwhelming for everyone, but being extremely rude is not an excuse. Very rude staff… from not looking at you, attitude when talking to you, turned their back and talk in another language, etc… Disappointing!

This is my first one star. I’m pretty easy going and understand that an airport can be hectic. But the staff making the food was down right rude. 12 minute wait for a toasted butter bagel and a side of attitude when I told them they did not butter my bagel. They simply turned their back switched into another language and began to ignore me. When I insisted I received a pack of butter and nothing to spread it with. When I requested a knife I got another attitude and it forcibly shoved in my direction. I was polite and wished them a happy holiday. But I’m really surprised dunkin donut is usually a pretty friendly chain.

Good for coffee and a donut. Sometimes slow poor service. Plus I will not order food here. I have seen them drop food and utensils on the floor but still serve the food or use the dirty utensils YUCK

The line here always goes by pretty fast since I am sure that the workers are used to people coming and going, and whom are always in a rush since they need to catch their next flight. They have a large amount of choices here, but I usually end up getting the iced coffee with butter toffee and hazelnut flavor. The iced coffee at dunkin donut sucks its super watery and so sweet, I only get it because sometimes I need some sugar to get me through the day and don’t feel like waiting in line at Starbucks. I can’t imagine what it would taste like without cream and sugar. The hot coffee isn’t any better you have to get it with cream and sugar or it tastes like the bitter toilet water.

I am very disappointed. I ordered the flat bread sandwich which was pretty good, but the latte was awful. It tasted like watery coffee with a hint of milk. Will not go there again.

Nice job here! No matter how long the line they move things along quickly and efficiently. The donuts are every bit as fresh as you’d find at an off airport franchise. The selection of donuts has been compacted due to the size of the store but they always have my favorite picks. Choices can get a little tighter later in the day here but with the amount of traffic that goes by here that’s to be expected. The employees here are cordial and attentive. They don’t break stride to get people served and on their way!

For an airport Dunkies, this one is really good. Fast, efficient and a HUGE selection of pastries(not necessarily a good thing since they are so darn tasty). The coffee was fresh, the pastry/breakfast sandwich delicious, and they were FAST(good for an airport). Probably one of the best airport dunkies I’ve come across.

Great Speed and efficient service… Could do with a bit more customer friendliness… But then I am not complaining as it is a weekend and they have long lines to serve at the Airport
