Aw man, why so much hate bruh? This place is neat, clean and fast, I can get in and out quicker than your mom at the pool. I dig the new modern design also.
Every time I get a car wash next door I can squeeze in for a lil Dunkin, just like I tell your mom every time we’re at the pool.

This place is awful. Constantly getting my orders wrong and forgetting things. Half of the staff is friendly and half just rude.

I live nearby, so I stop in this Dunkin Donuts on my way to work. The customer service is BEYOND HORRIBLE!!! The coffee is always weak, even with a turbo shot added. But because the are close, I have continued to go. Well, no more!!! I witnessed the manager who is there in the morning (I know she’s the manager because I asked) dig in her nose with her hand NO TISSUE, and then continue to prepare food. I was so damn disgusted I couldn’t believe it (especially given that this location has an open concept and you can see into the food prep area. I figure that if she would do that with customers in the store, God only knows what happens with no one is around. They NEVER have to worry about me returning, and I caution those of you who read my review to be careful about visitng this location!!!

IT’S A SHAME THAT IT’S A GOOD LOCATION. They totally got an order wrong and overcharged, then when confronted, the employee argues back blaming it on her management. WTH !

Maybe it’s the 8+ years that I spent living in New England (home of Dunkin Donuts) but I looooove me some Dunkin. On a hot summer day, nothing beats an iced Dunkin coconut coffee. If I close my eyes real hard and blast some Bob Marley in my headphones, I can almost envision myself somewhere gorgeous and warm rather than on bustling Division St.
I visited this Dunkin recently prepared to order my regular coconut coffee… and then I saw that they were honoring Will & Kate’s new lil bambino with a donut called the «Royal Munchkin.» I ordered 5 Royal Munchkins with the intent of sharing them with my hubby when I got home. The cashier handed the munchkin bag to me and said «I threw in a few extras for you.»
I still haven’t admitted to my husband that I shoveled down EIGHT (!!!) fresh and tasty munchkins before making the 6 block trek back home to him. They were too good to share.
Cheap tasty coffee, fresh donuts and great service. Dunkin, you have a customer for life.

Tried three times to buy doughnuts there after 9:30pm, but they had already thrown everything away. I was just there tonight at 9:40, and the girl was in the process of throwing everything away; they don’t close until 10! Really bummed; I wanted a doughnut, and that’s the closest place.
