This location pours their coffees very fast, so you can get in and out in a matter of a couple minutes. Also if you use the app, you can get 99 cent any-size coffees a lot of months.

I work close by and go here a few times a week. They are really friendly and always so busy doing the morning when I am going to get my coffee. Its always fresh and the staff do a great time of getting people in and out. I love it here and they do it with smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work.

They recently moved across the street, and I think they left their common sense in the old building. The second you walk in(the place could be empty) they start barking at you what you want. 1.) this is not how I want to be greeted at 6:30AM and 2.) why are you rushing me. the place is a ghost town. Now the one major issue I have here is that out of the 8 – 9 times i have visited this new location. I have had my drink order correctly delivered… 4 – 5 times. That’s piss poor. If you order a latte, its not a latte. If you order Peppermint, you get pumpkin. If you order iced latte, you get iced coffee. Its not that freakin challenging and I don’t talk with a speech impediment(I apologize to any who do). And considering I pass about 14 Dunkin Donuts on the walk to work, I’ll have my choice of other locations who want to fail me.

I went to go pick up some ice cream after dinner last night. The girl working the counter was beyond unfriendly. She made me feel like she had better things to do with her time than her own job. The ice cream of course was great but she didn’t pack the quarts fully. What a disappointment, I live in the area and would recommend everyone to try a different location with better service.

The workers have changed in the last 6 or 7 months and I have to write an update because the quality and service has gone way downhill. The service is extremely slow and half the workers never seem like they know what’s going on, which is extremely annoying when you’re running a tad late to work. Also, and more importantly, the quality of the coffee is really hit or miss — I never know what I’m going to get. I don’t think I’m the only one who has noticed the change because there used to consistently be a line out the door and now there is barely ever more than one or two people.

Stale bagel and watery coffee this morning. Ew. No thank you, I’ll go to Einstein Bagels across the street from now on!

I stop here all the time to get my jolt of coffee before work. The lines aren’t as long as the one on Madison and the customer service is better here. I always get exactly what I asked for at the perfect temperature. I absolutely LOVE their sour-cream and onion bagels. I have never received bad service, bad food or bad coffee here. I guess that I must be an exception…

About a month ago I stopped in on my way into work for cup of coffee. Usually I like DD coffee, even black, which is how I got this one. It was hot so I didn’t sip it until I almost got to my office. Awful — the worst cup of coffee ever! It was so bitter and strong — might have been the end of the pot or burnt or something. I tried doctoring it up at the office with cream and sugar and it didn’t help — at all. Completely undrinkable. I threw it out. I just wish I hadn’t gotten all the way to the office before I knew, so I could have gotten my money back. Today I stopped in again, this time to feed my sleepiness and drinkers tummy from the night before. I got the veggie egg flat bread and hash browns. At first they forgot the hashbrowns(glad I looked before I left). Then I get to the office and the egg sandwich is kind of cold in the middle, wasn’t heated enough. Fine — I nooked it. The hashbrowns were weird. They put spices in them. Who puts spices in hashbrowns? They should just be salty greasy potatoes, not spicy curly fry flavored. I did have one good mocha coffee from this location once a long while ago. But I won’t be stopping in here again.

This place has no rhythm. By that I don’t mean they have difficulty dancing to the latest Britney Spears album(although, who doesn’t?), but that they just DON’T have their act together. I’m not sure they ever have. Haven’t been here in a while because it’s not a priority place in my mind, but during one of the many home games this season, the Cubs scored a home run in the 4th inning, meaning we walked out of Wrigley with a coupon for a free medium coffee from Dunkin Donuts. This location was on my way to work, so I stopped in for my free coffee. Luckily, I’m feeling very patient today, but that’s more than I can say for the line of unhappy people who strolled in after me, or waited in line outside just to get in. After watching at least 3 people who ordered after me get their goods, one of the 4 workers remembered to make my egg and cheese sandwich and hopped to the back, trying not to run into any of the other staff puttering about. There were receipts strewn all over the counter — having technical difficulties? Someone who didn’t make the sandwiches comes to the front with two bags and calls out, «Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant,» and hands a dude one of the bags. He then says, «Egg and cheese,» and hands me my bag. I’m long gone and at the office before I realize I’ve got the other guy’s sandwich. That’s fine with me, but I feel bad thinking the other guy will soon discover he has no sausage.(Heh!) Poor sausage-less guy… [Enter Britney] «Oh, baby, baby. How was I supposed to know that something wasn’t right here?» Nothing is ever free. There is always some sacrifice required for ‘free’ stuff. Perhaps the Dunkin Donut gods should sacrifice this particular location as all it does is suffer and pump out many unhappy campers.

Ugh. The only reason I bothered to write a review for just one of the hundreds of Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the city is because this place seriously sucks. There’s no other, more polite or gentle way to say it. I’ve given this place chance upon chance to make up for past mistakes– but they are the most stubborn of DD offspring. Their coffee is weak and flavorless, their bagel sandwiches are poorly made, and service(most of all) is incredibly lacking. If, for some reason, you are on Unilocal to find a Dunkin’ Donuts in this area of the Loop, walk just one block south to Madison and there is a SUPERB Dunkin’ Donuts awaiting your visit. Compared to this location, «superb» is an understatement. Seriously.
