The girls that work there are pretty cool and do well for the location. The few times I’ve been there, they were playing hip-hop music, socializing with themselves and the customers and pretty much kept a happy, party-like atmosphere. They called me ‘sweetie’ or ‘honey’ each time, and it was cool. Made me feel like I’m appreciated and more like family, than just a plain olé ‘customer’. Plus, they made my ham and cheese sandwich really well, so that was a plus. They seemed to have a good selection of donuts too for being a busy downtown location. I highly recommend them just for their customer service! You’ll leave with a smile.

Good location. Fast service. Solid coffee. Now, evidently the company forgot what cream means in a Boston Cream donut. Pathetic.

I went to a different location at 39 w. Jackson, finding it for this review was not happening. So, here goes. At the other locale, the person in front of me in line ordered a vanilla chai and I thought that sounded good so I got one too. It was cold & rainy last friday so I had a hot beverage, most appreciated. I had a bowtie(in CA, they’re just called a twist or something like that), it was yummy too.

It was my first visit to Chicago! Woo Hoo! My friend kept telling me to try dunkin donuts because they don’t have any on the west cost! So what was one of my first stops? Dunkin donuts of course! The coffee is excellent and the location was right at the corner by millennium park. I got a coffee and walked over to the park to enjoy the day!

In the early morning, my order is always correct and usually given to me very quickly. One of the two morning cashiers(the guy) doesn’t usually have the greatest attitude, but the people working to make the hot orders are always very polite. The food and donuts are consistently good. In the mid-morning, it usually feels like the cashiers have no idea what I’m talking about when I say«bacon, egg, and cheese on multigrain please.» My order is usually on the wrong bagel/bread. It wouldn’t take much for these guys to improve their act a little and get this back to a four star rating.

Coffee Express Line– Booyah! I’m in and out of this Dunkin’s like an apparition! The employees are so nice here, they are always one question ahead of me. And they don’t blink when I ask for two Splendas. Just steps from the Jackson Blue Line at Dearborn, you’ll be in and out like a flash too!

Place is a bit small, but good for a quick coffee or ice cream run! No restrooms available though! Boo!

Boo. Ive gone here a million times and it has always been so-so. But today was the worst. I wanted a coolata, but they said they werent making them yet… huh? 10:30? whatever. So I just got a toasted garlic bagel with butter. EEEEEEEEEWWWW! waaayyyyy too much cheap minced garlic, barely toasted and the butter wasn’t even spread; yes, it was one lump. The worst part is that the butter wasnt even melted! WTF? whatever. this place only stays open because of JMLS.

This place has VANILLACHAI!!! Not all Dunkin Donuts offer this drink so that is why this one rocks and all the others suck. I compared this drink with the chai latte Starbucks has and I think the Dunkin Donuts tastes sweeter. I’ve walked in around 4pm and this store offers 2 donuts for $ 1. If I werent such a fattie I would have probably taken them up on that deal. Bad Dunkin, bad!

«two sugars and crème please» the magic words for a milky sugary treat that is usually accompanied with either a boston crème or plain donut. good olé’ memories from childhood. We intended to visit intelligentsia across the street, but they had decided to close on the day after christmas. thank you dunkin donuts for always being there and satisfying sugar craving! while your sitting at the window look out and take note of the monadnock building across the street(Dearborn). it was once one of the tallest load bearing buildings in chicago(walls on ground floor are six feet thick to support the upper floors above). stretch your neck out and look south, that half of the building is the original structure(other is an addition that is less ornamental).

$ 27 for a tiny little ice cream cake. I’m sorry, is that cardboard box it comes in platinum plated? Or does the ice cream have Moet de Chandon flavoring? Oh no, it’s just plain old mint choc-chip. We only bought it because we thought it was $ 19, because Baskin&Robbins’ fridges seem to have signage problems. We thought $ 19 was steep — but $ 27? WTF mate!(as in, the«WTF mate» from ) Ah, it’s our fault, we got stuck at 7pm in the Loop, with NOBIRTHDAYCAKE and were desperate.

Normally, I wouldnt waste my time writing a review on Dunkin Donuts, where everybody knows what to expect. Its just, that this particular one is SOBAD, I feel i have an ethical duty to the community to duly warn. Their coffee tastes like it was brewed with burnt cardboard grinds, and their bagels are hard and cut the roof of your mouth. The people working here HATE their lives and couldnt crake a smile or a thank you if they were paid– unfortunately, they are paid! Whoever runs this place must just kick back and collect their check due to the great location, but not really care about the place.

Cheaper ice cream than usual and hit it up for Tuesday $ 1 scoops. Skip the bold breeze — you can make your own with some fruit and ice in a blender. But overall, a decent deal for ice cream for a hot day in downtown Chicago
