Love this place, the staff is excellent, the food is great. Location was the only issue I had, but it is well worth the drive.

I enjoy cheesecake, so I’ve been meaning to dine in this place after finding out Eli’s Cheesecake actually had their own café-a nice spacious area where one can try some of the food and drinks they have to offer. Just adjacent to this area is their wide selection of cheesecakes which is what most customers come to get! Regretfully i found out the hard way that the kitchen is open Monday-Saturday from 11am-2pm, so i had to settle for whatever sandwich or salad they had previously prepared that day. I was happy though with my Club sandwich and Strawberry topped Cheesecake! I also tried the Cookie Crazy cheesecake made with Oreo since they had a BOGO free mix and match offer on slices of cheesecake! Prices are reasonable as i just spent around 12 dollars for a sandwich large mocha drink and 2 cheesecakes! Im really looking forward to trying other cheesecakes and food when kitchen is open!

We just happened to stop by to get a cheesecake for a party we’re going to later & today is Jan 22nd the 106th birthday of Eli Schulman the founder of Eli’s Cheesecake. In honor of his birthday they are offering a free piece of Eli’s original or chocolate chip cheesecake today. So not to be a party pooper we’re having a piece of cheesecake and coffee to celebrate old Eli’s birthday. If you like cheesecake you will love this place. Cheesecake galore. They have a huge assortment of cheesecakes and pastries(ALL fat & sugar free — NOT) They also have factory outlet sales a couple times a year in November & December where you can really get some great deals. Just in time for the holidays

Got a 7″ strawberry cheesecake for $ 7.50. Already a good deal, would save even more buying the larger cheesecakes but probably not good for waistline. Don’t be deceived by the low price, quality is very good. If interested in factory tour to see how Cheesecakes are made, I went on 1⁄17 and they said they don’t do tours anymore. Maybe because of food safety, so probably a good move. Though not the same as a tour, they did have a demonstration table setup where they show you how to decorate your own cheesecake and had free samples.

Eli’s has the best cheesecake in the Chicago area which come in numerous flavors and can be purchased in many grocery stores. Additionally, you can order the cheesecakes online and have them shipped nationwide. But what makes this location so special is that you can buy«Imperfects» for as low as $ 4.00 and the quality and taste of the cheesecake isn’t affected. A MUST place to visit for the cheesecake lover!

Want to get cheese cake! Eli’s factory café is the place to go. The prices are way cheaper then at a regular store. You can get 2 cakes for the price of 1 at jewel. They have different drinks and cakes for you to try there. The best thing about this café is that not many people know it’s there so it not usually busy. Eli’s is a Chicago tradition an you should check it out.

We went here on National Cheesecake Day for a free sample(yeah, that’s a cheap date, we agree, but it was on the way to a friend anyway, and hey, free cake). The samples they were giving out each hour were regular slice sized. Absolutely love their Red Velvet Cheesecake. Unfortunately I’m not from around, so I’ll have to wait to try my new favorite cheesecake again.

Come for the cheesecake, have lunch too(of they have the stuff to make what you order from the menu) it might be easier to simply all what can they make today as they seem out of many ingredients. BUT they always have cheesecake and it is the best so really what more can you ask for. 3 stars because the food and service issues.

My husband, Sean, surprised me with the Eli’s Cheesecake Factory tour on my birthday, Tuesday, July 15th. We would have left our comments while we were there but we really wanted you to know how special the time spent was for us. We had tickets to the 1:00 tour and were able to start with lunch in the Café. It was excellent. You addressed our group at the very beginning and spoke of the olympic bid dinner that you and the company were involved in, as well as the Taste of Chicago event that you had participated in for 28 years. It was great to be addressed by the president of the company and thanked for being there. Margie led out tour. She is a secret weapon. Very warm and engaging, Margie had us all participating. Before we even saw the factory, Sean and I had 3 slices of Eli’s cheesecake. On the factory tour, we saw the passion fruit cheescakes decorated by hand with the larger triple chocolate cheesecakes in the background. We decorated our own cheesecake too. Our guide announced the last question of the tour. If answered correctly, you would win the newly decorated fabulous cheesecake. «Who can tell me what my name is». Well, of course, I got the answer right and won the cheesecake. Wow. We also purchased the couture cheesecake; Burnt Caramel Flan. Double Wow. I cannot tell you how many times I have repeated the above story to others. We will be sure to bring all of our out of town guests, neighbors, family and friends on the tour. Thank you and please thank Margie for our excellent experience on Tuesday, 7⁄15. We are customers for life. 1÷30÷15 My first experience w Eli’s was on my birthday in 2008. It was awesome. We had lunch, took the tour and decorated a cheesecake. So memorable. Today we are back because of Chicago Restaurant Week. Matzo ball soup, roast beef sandwich, Honey Mediterranean cheesecake and a whole cheesecake, ALL for $ 22. Every time we come to Eli’s is special.

This place is located in the ‘burbs more than in the city. Just be advised that if you want anything shipped, just order online. Retail shop which is basically an extension of the actual manufacturing/processing plant for the cakes. Mrs. favorite is the Heath Bar cheesecake. Mine is the strawberry. Really different texture compared to other cheesecakes. I wonder if this was the cheesecake that Al Bundy was yearning for(eventhough in the show the shop was in Wisconsin).

I look forward to the future factory tour. Staff is über helpful. Disorganized. CAFE — excellent portions for price. Tasty. Plentiful of crumbs as there is no clean-up after patron. Counter Service and food is taken to your table in a tray. TUNASANDWICH — serves 2. Comes with chips. CHILI — it’s alright, decent. CALENDAROFEVENTS — Today’s freebie is a tasting of cheesecake that is coated in chocolate with various sprinkles. TOUR — a slide presentation of history. Tasting of 3 cheesecakes. FREE. 1 pm at the Café.

Did I tell you to support local businesses? Here’s Chicago represent… introducing(drum rolls please)…Eli’s Cheesecake. It’s a corporate office, retail store, and café in one building. The front entrance is located at the giant private parking lot. Make sure that you turn left upon entering for your cheesecake indulgence. Obviously, I was here for the cheesecakes, but they have some light lunch items, such as salads, sandwiches, and yogurt, and fruit cups in case you want to order them, too. I forgot to check in early because I was so mesmerized by those mouth-watering cheesecakes in the refrigerators. Why do you need to check in before you place your order? You get a free slice of plain cheesecake. Well, I think I will save it for next time. We ordered the slices of red velvet and key lime cheesecakes, respectively. We also tagged on two(2) small orders of latte for the mid-morning kick. The cheesecakes are extremely CREAMY(yes, all capital letters). If you’ve tasted a slice of Eli’s, you will NOT go back to any other cheesecake places in town because they are that delicious! They have other pastry items if cheesecakes are not your cup of tea or you’re allergic to dairy products(really though… it sucks to be that way). Nevertheless, that doesn’t apply to me at all. I do have the dairy gene. One slice of cheesecake, in average, is $ 2. It’s not a large slice, but it’s satisfying enough for my craving. The free guest wifi worked well the entire time that we were sitting in the café. If you take he public transportation, take CTA bus 78(Montrose) and get off at Montrose/Forest Preserve Drive. Or if you’re a true Chicagoan, drive your own vehicle since there’s a plenty of parking spots. I will see you again Eli’s. Attention Cheesecake Factory: please raise your white flag… I know you’ve lost the battle for cheesecake-making.

If you love cheesecake, Eli’s got it! I love the fact that this company has a Cheesecake Festival every year, where you can take a picture with the slice of cheesecake, get samples, as well as check out local vendors. Their renowned cheesecake can be ordered through fundraising or online. The cherry cheesecake is my favorite as it has the right amount of cherry preserves on top with the creamy cheesecake underneath — I usually give my crust to other family members as it’s just too much for me(but to all the crust lovers out there, they’ll be extremely satisfied). +Cheesecake Festival +cherry cheesecake: D

Ah Yes. they may be called Eli’s Cheesecake World but. they are so much more than that! Because, inside this magical place they also have a small café’, dining area where one can sit down and have lunch. or simply a piece of Cheesecake. And. I happened to be there today during lunch hour and they were packed. and with good reason! Because they offer so many choices, whether it be soup, sandwiches, Panini’s, pastries, they have it all here. They have many freezers filled with frozen cheesecake offerings and, if you get something with a yellow ticket attached you get it at a discount. Cheesecake slices vary in price from between $ 2.00-$ 400 per piece. And. if any of you haven’t tried the vanilla bean cheesecake you must do this. so damn good! And. to the associates working behind the very busy counter. you all took care of everyone beautifully! So. just a suggestion. if you would like to have a great, casual lunch or just a piece of phenominal cheesecake. you need to visit Eli’s Cheesecake World. Very Impressive Eli’s…
