Enzo Custom

People have always said «once you go custom, you never go back.» At the age of 26, I finally decided to make the jump from off the rack to custom because I was moving up in the world. I went into a heavily advertised clothiers called Indochino (Saw from Facebook) because I was enticed by all of the deals and promotions. My experience was disappointing. The options were very limited, the material was not great, and the staff was far less knowledgeable than I was. Mind you, I work in medicine during the day and men’s fashion was just starting to become a hobby.
FAST FORWARD 11 months when I took another promotion working for the President’s office for a 7-​hospital health system, I thought it was time to upgrade my wardrobe and that’s precisely when my search for a quality clothier resumed. This time around, I found Enzo Custom online and decided to give it a try. I have to admit. I was blown away. The second I walked into the showroom for my appointment, I was offered a glass of Glenmorangie single malt. The person assigned to make me look like a million bucks was a gentleman named Arthur. I had a great feeling about this place immediately because he was dressed incredibly dapper and he genuinely got to know what I did for a living and what I enjoyed doing in my spare time. Rather than trying to push expensive suits on me, he was able to recommend suits that were in my budget and suits that fit my style and my needs. In addition, the number of ways you can customize (collar, sleeves, fabric, buttons, vents, pockets, etc) was overwhelming in a good way. One of the great things I noticed about Arthur was that he always respectfully waited for me to decide on each detail and only chimed in with his expertise when I looked stomped because of the countless options available.
They under-​promised and over-​delivered when I was told to expect the suits in 4 weeks and actually got them in 3. My suits fit me better than anything I’ve ever worn. All the personalizations, all the attention to details were truly reasons why men should own custom suits. I felt the price was extremely fair considering you can choose to build suits that start from $ 500-​$ 10,000 (Yes you can purchase Scabal suits). Just be sure you have some sort of a budget in mind because you may end up like a kid in a candy store. I am definitely coming back for more suits and shirts and I have already begun referring my friends and co-​workers about it. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***

I have been buying off the rack suits for years and getting them tailored but after my experience with Alexandra at Enzo I will be going the custom route from here on out. Alexandra was highly knowledgeable and easy to work with, guiding me through the endless customizable options on the suit and dress shirts that I purchased. The options for different cuts and fabrics were honestly overwhelming but Alexandra provided guidance on both what the newer trends were, as well as what would work best with my body type. They offer a fitting appointment once the suit and shirts came in but everything fit perfect, her initial measurements were spot on! After speaking with a number of friends who have gone the custom route I was happy to hear that what I paid for the entire package was VERY reasonable for that high quality of a product. I will 100% be back to visit Alexandra and Enzo every single time my wardrobe needs an upgrade, I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the product and the level of service provided.

I was referred to Enzo Custom by a friend who had a good experience at their Washington DC location. My husband was in desperate need for suits and off the rack sizing never works. I spoke with Emily on the phone to set up our initial appointment, she was super nice and helpful! Our appointment was scheduled with Alexandra who was awesome. She wasn’t pushy at all, offered a glass of scotch, and began to ask about my husband’s needs. She then went over measurements and talked about the fit he likes. She really listened! The customization and styling options are endless, we did a few little touches to make this suit unique. Alexandra walked us through all the options making it very easy for us to make our selections.
The suit was ready super early and we could not be more happy. The look and feel of the fabric is excellent, the suit is very well made, and all the unique details look even better than I thought it would. The fit of the suit on my husband is the best I’ve ever seen him look. Alexandra was really attentive and thorough. She even recommended a small change to the pants, I didn’t even notice, to make sure the pants were sitting on the shoe correctly. After the final fitting we walked out the door with the best suit my husband has ever owned. We will absolutely be back for more, the Enzo team did an awesome job!

I am a short (5’6″) young senior citizen and as the father of the groom needed a suit for my oldest son’s wedding. Enzo and specifically Arthur created all the suits for the grooms and the grooms’ men. We all looked great.
The custom options are almost unlimited and I personally took advantage of the choices. The fit was perfect. Arthur cut the crotch to make me look taller and not dumpy. All men in the Enzo suits looked amazing.
For my job, I dress everyday in a suit or sports jacket. Goodbye to all my old suits and jackets. Enzo and Arthur is my new home. BTW have Arthur show you the hand made bow ties.
