Fess Grandiose

I have seen him in action in a few shows and he is notably great! His record selection is always on point with any venue I’ve seen him playing. He definitely doesn’t have a problem getting people on the dance floor!

I saw Fess DJ a handful of times at Bar Deville, The Whistler, Alive One and Double Door to name a few! His DJ sets are full of energy, soul and just amazing feel good music. He can make the most diverse crowd stand up and dance and have a great time.
I recently threw a private loft part and had him DJ, all my guests loved the music and said they had one of the best parties of the summer!

We recently hired Fess to spin at our wedding reception in Santa Barbara, CA this past August. We couldn’t have made a better choice! As for the routine wedding reception announcements, he did a professional job without being overbearing and distracting like some DJs at receptions.
Prior to the wedding, we gave him some song and genre requests but we made sure he knew he could do his own thing that night… which he did… in an amazing way! Everyone was on the dance floor and stayed there until the very end (and we had a long reception). Those guests who say they typically don’t dance were even out there. Our reception site was in an outdoor courtyard space with a bamboo privacy fence to prevent wedding crashers. At some point in the dancing frenzy, there were about 10 random people having their own dance party outside the fence. He was that good! Afterwards, several of our friends wanted to get his card for their own events in the future. We highly recommend Fess to be your next DJ!

We had Fess DJ our June wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. He got everyone up and dancing, even people who had never though would dance. He was great to work with and used some of our suggested songs. I received many compliments on the music and I am really glad we had Fess at our wedding.

Chicago well recognized DJ. He’s not you’re usual DJ, always playing rare and obscure tracks that make you dance. I personally seek his sets out in Chicago because I know I’ll always have a good time. Also aware he travels for work.

Man, this guy is all thriller, no filler! After seeing him a handful of times around the city (both as a rapper and a DJ) I HAD to get him to DJ a private party I had last month. He kept the crowd moving the whole night and played nothing but classic material (no né of that new garbage that’s on the radio). I’m thinking about hiring him again to spin at my son’s Bat Mitzvah next month. Oi!
