I’ve been going to this laundromat for 3 years and it’s always clean and the machines work well for a decent price. Sometimes they run out of stock with soap and stuff but that’s every laundromat, the demand is random and there’s walgreens across the street if it’s really an issue. The staff is usually pretty good, quiet with some and talkative with others, I’ve always been helped if I have an issue. I’ve never done the drop off service so I can’t say anything about it. It’s a laundromat that is bigger and cleaner than the last one I used, and I don’t think it’s too pricey for what they provide, thus 5 stars.

This place sucks, the guy who owns this place is extremely rude. Feeling the need to tell me how to load up my laundry in the washing machine isn’t necessary. I’ve been to and done my laundry at various laundry mats since I was 5. It’s super expensive, not coming here again, I’ll stick to the Mexican ladies who charge 2.50 and free drying.

It’s a laundromat. Don’t expect much but it’s cleaner than most I’ve used. Yes it took 17 quarters for the load but I was able to get my whole week and a half worth of dirty things in one of the big load washers(for 2 people mind you) and there’s other options that cost less if you’re the kind that separates your lights and darks.(I’m not). And dryers are only 25 cents for 12 minutes. There’s a machine in the back that easily converts bills to quarters and a walgreens across the street if you forgot dryer sheets and don’t want to pay premium to buy here or need a drink and don’t want a pop. No one wants to be at a laundromat, but this one does the job it’s suppose to.

The machines take quarters, the site is clean and you can get your laundry done pretty quickly.(17 quarters to wash a large load/9 quarters for a small load and 25 per 12 minutes of drying).

Dude behind the counter was really nice and helpful. He even stopped by to see if I needed the wifi password. I’m definitely coming back again.

This place is ok. The wacky colors and neon lighting and palm trees are kindof fun. I like that you don’t need quarters, and the lady at the counter will break your bills for you into smaller amounts. Watch out for the driers though, some of them will run and the heat is broken, so you sit for an hour only to put your clothes through again. Now I check to make sure the drier is warm before putting my clothes in. Your best bet is to snag one that someone just emptied. This isn’t the cheapest place ever, but its close to my house, and I don’t need quarters and I can do big loads unlike the place in my building, so that’s a plus.

Very nice people always ready to help you out. There’s is probably a cheaper place somewhere but it is extremely convenient for me.

First time back here in 4 years when I lived nearby. It’s a laundromat. Went in the morning at 6 am when it opened. I liked talking with people, and it was a hoot talking with the woman on staff. She offered me coffee to help my morning along. Really friendly and conversational person. With the new ownership, the place is in transition as machines are getting fixed. They offered free dryers, which I was not sure if that is normal or if that is something they are offering to compensate for the repairs going on. Either way, I appreciated it. If you want TV on or a different channel, just need to ask if it’s okay to change the station politely. Also the place offers free parking. If you go in the morning, you can cross the street to the sidewalk bordering Walgreens to get tamales or chapurrado drink from the guy doing his best not to freeze outside in December. Just a regular place with nice people. Would happily go back.

Wow, this place has really gone downhill in the last few years. I used to come here occasionally when I needed to do a lot of laundry in a little amount of time. This past weekend I had 6 weeks of laundry to get done and three hours to do it. This place used to be a lot cleaner. Also, the top loading washing machines use to work. Now they are all out of service, except for one machine, leaving only the more expensive side loading machines. Hrm… interesting… Also, what is up with the mold in the detergent compartments on the side loading machines? Gross. To the max.

After paying $ 18 for a card, separating all my laundry, and putting them In the washers… I discovered MOLD. EVERYWHERE. all the washing machines have Black mold in the flaps, and a thick yellow stagnant liquid in the fabric softener compartment. I immediately shoved all my clothes back into my baskets and asked for a refund. Of course, the lady did not speak much English but sh called her boss. Her boss said I will have to wait for the owner to come in. I have called everyday trying to get my money back– still no answer. Do not go Here. Washing your clothes in mold WILL result in sickness.

I think this place is gross and overpriced. The small washers cost .70 more than the same size washers at Superwash(Kimball and Diversey, I live halfway between Scrub-A-Dub and Superwash)!! That adds up when you’re doing a few loads. Also, you must purchase a plastic card that you have to put money on– you have to purchase the card, and I think it was 5 bucks! I know, once you’ve purchased it, big deal, but that first time you go there and you end up spending $ 15 or $ 17 on laundry instead of $ 10 is a bummer. That’s a beer plus tip right there. Also, the machines are dirty! You know those rubber flaps that you lift up and pour your detergent in? They are spotted black with mold underneath. And in the dryers, there is often dried old gum or some other kind of gunk. The only reason I’ve gone there more than once is when I’ve had to go to Walgreens for something and I didn’t feel like running around. I’m going to do my best not to go there again though. They do have nice seating though, chairs with tables like in a fast food joint, and it’s less crowded than nearby Superwash.

i really like this place. it’s not a 24 hour laundromat so it keeps some of the crazies away. it’s right across the street form walgreens so you can get cheap soda and detergent and entertain yourself while waiting for the laundry. the woman that works there is super sweet. she is in charge of the very pastel-colored«soda shoppe» in back(which sells hot dogs? uhh… whatevs) and she cleans the place. there are so many chairs with attached tables to do crossword puzzles at, and it is never all the crowded. it’s also about a block away from the burlington if you want a beer with your hot dog. make it a night!
