We used Frank to help my wife and I write our will. He and I talked on the phone the first time for about 30 mins while he helped us decide on the best type of will for us. Then we emailed back and forth a few times, next he came to our apartment for about an hour and half and wrote a draft of the will. Next we emailed back and forth to get the will perfect then he came back for the signing of the will. My wife and I each have our own will and it was not very expensive.
He did a great job of explaining all the parts of the will and never tried to make us pay more.
