Very rude staff — two young women were working when I walked into the store and neither of them said hello(I have them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they hadn’t seen me yet.) I walked around the store looking at jewelry as I was looking for a gift — I walked past both semiliterate twice and even made eye contact with one of them yet neither of them said a word to me. Horrible service — will never go back.

Love Frankie’s! The clothes are amazing and every time I come in, they have new stuff out on the floor, so there’s always lots of variety. The prices vary, and there’s definitely something for everyone here. Very cute stuff you can’t necessarily find elsewhere in Chicago. For example, they carry the brands Wildfox and Vintage Havana, which are hard to find here! The staff are very friendly and remember your face if you’ve come in before. Always there to help and make for a great shopping experience. Make sure to check out the local artists who are showcased upstairs! I’ve found some great jewelry and scarfs, in addition to all the cute clothes. Definitely some place to stop by, especially if you have young girls. They have a fantastic selection of clothes starting at a size 7, and it’s all super cute.

Terribly dishonest management. No one should ever shop here.

Like the store a lot and the staff is really great. You can get great birthday gifts and accessories reasonably. While the clothes are cute, they are over-priced. I just won’t pens $ 70 on a simple tank top my daughter will outgrow in a year.

I absolutely love this little boutique in lincoln park. They always have a great selection and such unique pieces. It can be a bit pricey… but totally worth it!

Frankie’s…oh Frankie’s. Sit down, love. We need to talk. This is a cute, two story shop. A lot of stuff for the young gals, some for us older ones as well, and there’s some cool stuff to look at upstairs so if you venture in there, don’t leave before checking it out. I am taking issue with some of the prices though. Yes, I have bought items in the past that made my wallet moan in agony. But if I am buying something pricey, I have to feel that what I am buying is worth the price. A Scorpions tee shirt for $ 68 though? A gray tee shirt, not even 100% cotton, with Scorpions written across it… for $ 68. Did I want that plain shirt? Heck yes! Could I rationalize paying almost $ 70 for it… sorry. No can do.

I love this place! I went to get my daughter a birthday gift and ended up with a bunch of stuff for myself too! Staff was so helpful and patient even though I was so indecisive. I am looking for an excuse to head back in. I took one star off because I wish they had a little bit more less expensive play clothes so I could do one stop shopping!

I had a gift certificate to this store and took my 11 year old daughter who was in heaven ! ! ! Yes its overpriced; some of their kid jewelery etc I’ve seen other places for cheaper but they had some cute cute stuff and the staff spent a lot of time with her not minding that she was trying on a lot but we were spending a little. They also have an upstairs short and tshirt bar where you can design your own items which was affordable and cool. They did have several items for sale but none of it was advertised. You had to ask. All in all it was a fun experience and I’m sure she’ll be back to spend her ‘mad money’.

The store itself is a really nice space and overall very cute/well organized. The workers were very polite and nice but… this is a juniors/teen store and i didnt even realize it until we started checking out the sizing! It made me feel incredibly awkward and i’m really happy i didnt get around to trying something on. It says on their website the stores caters to ages 8 – 18, and i sorta recommend that they make that more evident instore(not exactly sure how to though). Otherwise if I had kids and was willing to spend that much money on their clothing, as I’m sure much of their neighborhood Lincoln Park does, I’d bring them there.

Wow, this is the best childrens clothing store in Lincoln Park. Don’t let some the of the prices scare you off. Frankies has all level of prices and the quality is unmatched. Get over there and take a look, the staff is friendly and the owners, Lisa and Mary, are wonderful. The great building they occupy is not bad either!
