GNC is a chain retail establishment so you may be wondering why i’m reviewing this place. Well it’s all because of the customer service. I’ve been into this specific GNC numerous times and I have always been given excellent customer service. The employees working here don’t try and push products down your throat that you don’t want (like certain other GNCs in the city of Chicago) and seems to always be able to find you a coupon to help you save some duckets!

I work down the street from this GNC and aside from it’s convenient location, I’ve had a positive experience every time I’ve shopped there. The staff immediately reaches out with assistance but isn’t pushy. Feels like Halloween as well when they give me samples while checking out! Friendly staff.

Was looking for some glutamine or xtend. There was only one guy working at that place and i was like so im looking for optimum nutrition glutamine. Then he tells me they have the gnc glutamine and im thinking no!
Then i asked him for xtend and he showed me some diet pills. extend behind the glass.
At the gnc at Thompson center they told me they could order for me, but i rather go to Vitamin Shoppe
