My husband and I went to get some protein bars, as we waited for our turn to check out the two sales men both African American asked the clients they were serving if the wanted a Gold rewards card. They took their time explained the program(both clients were white). It was our turn my husband said that when they offer us the card we could get it. The gentleman started to process our purchase he asked if we had the gold card, we responded«no we don’t» waiting for him to go into his sales pitch!!! We are both middle eastern. We got no sales pitch. No explanation. he processed us and put things in the bag and said thanks. I am very disappointed with GNC, they need to teach their employees about racism, because these black men obviously never experienced it!!! We are very disappointed.

Quick checkout process and a variety of options. It would be great if the folks knew more about some of their highlighted products. You might like this place if you know exactly what you want.

GNC has such great products — I swear by their Women’s vitamins but the service at this GNC wasn’t so great. I was confused by two different types of vitamins and the person working there didn’t bother greeting me or asking if I needed help. When I finally asked him for help, he looked at me and was like ‘Did you read the bottles?’ — Great products — not so great service.
