Never in a million year did I think I’d be reviewing an electronics warehouse place. However, I was FLOORED by the level of professionalism from the guy at the counter. People that walk in this joynt know their stuff about all things electronics. I am the exception to their normal customer.
I was just picking up an order for a project, totally not placed by me. After I paid, the counter guy explained what I was taking, what it did and how to properly install it. The guy might as well been talking Chinese to me, cuz I didn’t understand a damn thing he told me.
The point is that HE TOOK THE TIME with me. A practice that retailers don’t even practice all that often these days.
