These folks are amazing. Kind and genuinely friendly couple run it. Clothes always ready on time. Open before I head to work snd after I’m off. Makes life easier for me! Excellent prices too!

Too bad I’m not able to leave zero stars because that is exactly the service this place provides!!! I brought in a really expensive shirt to get dry cleaned. I pick it up on Saturday right before they closed, to discover hole and burn marks on my shirt??? I was furious!!! This was not only an expensive piece of cleaning it was one of my favorites and on top of that it was new (only wore it once)!!! I took it back and they agreed to try and fix the the marks and holes, however; that just made it worse! Then when I expressed how I still wasn’t happy she said it looks fine and she would wear it!!! Are you kidding me??! I really came close to telling her «Then you wear it then!!!» After all that she proceeded to tell me how it was my fault and that I probably made these marks on my own clothes! After going back and fourth for maybe an hour I finally left!!!
Overall I’m not with the service they provided and would NOT I repeat would NOT recommend that anyone take anything to this place for service!!! I’m starting the process to take them to court to get my shirt replaced!!! Please take my situation as a warning and stay away!!! Far away!!!

WORST! So rude and incompetent it is unbelievable. I left that place feeling taken advantage of and insulted by their behavior. I have now tried them twice. The first time they didn’t do my alteration at all and the second time they didn’t clean or pleat my dress but still charged me for it, and would not give me the dress until I paid, and then when I was annoyed they told me never to come back. (i did not swear at them or anything– they are just horrible at customer service.) And how greedy to take my money when the work wasn’t completed!
Over-​promise and under deliver, big-​time. She is difficult to communicate with and claimed not to have understood what needed to be done. It bothers me that they didn’t do the work but still made me pay. In my opinion the owners are very lazy (don’t get the work done or bother to call you to let you know they aren’t planning on taking care of your garment) AND terrible at customer service, since the 2 things i have dropped off to be altered/​cleaned were neither altered OR cleaned. AND they weren’t sorry. AND they still charged me. When I was annoyed that they didn’t clean or press my dress, that instead they made excuses and still charged me, they said they didn’t care whether i came back. As a customer, if the person you are doing business with doesn’t care about your business at all, it is understandable that they don’t bother to do the work, or even apologize. At the least I would expect them to say «We’re sorry we didn’t/couldn’t do it, and we are not going to charge you since it didn’t get done.»
They don’t do what they say but will still charge you. I feel taken advantage of. Unfortunately, since they don’t care about their customers, there is nothing I can do except try to save (you) the trouble.

The couple who run this dry cleaning business are so friendly. When my husband walks in, they greet him with «Hello, friend!» Their prices are reasonable and the turn-​around time is pretty good.
I have not gotten anything altered there because I really don’t like the curtain enclosure in the corner that they use as the changing room. I prefer a private room for that.
But, we take all of our dry cleaning here on a regular basis.
