I was referred to Dr. Bibbs by my sister. She initially went to him for a procedure 6YEARSAGO. He did a great job! She raved about Dr. Bibbs and his staffs professionalism so I was surprised to see the same consistency from almost a decade ago. I called for an appointment and was given one instantly. My sis came with me to the appointment. As soon we walked thru the door the hygienist and receptionist both looked my sister and said«heeyyy how are you? long time no see?» Then they stood there and chatted a bit. I can’t remember my telecommuting coworkers that I see once a month. How they could remember someone from 6 yrs ago? I don’t know, but they did and that was so reassuring. Most Dr.‘s like to make you wait while they goof around in the back just because they feel they can. Dr. Bibbs was very nice and prompt and thorough and actually listened to me. When I called to make my appt. I expressed that I absolutely had to be back at the office by 12. The receptionist assured me it would take only 15 minutes. My appt. was at 11a, I arrived at 10:40 completed my paperwork in less than 5 minutes and was in the chair receiving my free consultation before 11 needless to say I made it back to work in plenty of time thanks to the staff at Parkside Ortho. If you are a hard to please person like me who doesn’t have a lot of time to waste and values consistency, promptness, and quality work. You must visit Dr. Bibbs you won’t regret it.

Dr. Bibbs is an excellent orthodontist. The staff is very personable and efficient. I would recommend anyone, especially anyone shopping for adult orthodontics to receive a consultation from Dr. Bibbs!

I’ve had really bad experiences here. their receptionist is terrible. I had an emergency and first she told me to have my orthodontist from home fax a letter saying they could work on me. So I did and when I called to ask if they received it they had no idea what I was talking about and said it didn’t matter. Then, I took half the day off of work to go to my appointment only to find the office completely empty. it had apparently closed that day for no reason and the receptionist neglected to call me and tell me and reschedule. So finally I rescheduled my appointment and on the day I showed up there was no record of my appointment and I was told to just sign in on a sheet there. When I actually got into the orthodontists office he told me that my guard was made wrong and there was nothing he could do. Then he showed me what it «should» have looked like and offered me a new colored case for it. When I went home my orthodontist told me that it was made correctly but different orthodontists have different ways of making this particular one. obviously the techs here didn’t have any idea what they were talking about! Next time I need an orthodontist in Chicago I most certainly am not going to come here!
