I’d recommend finding another doctor. I’m not impressed with Dr. Aronson at all. I’ve been seeing dermatologists for years for mild acne and began seeing Dr. Aronson a few years ago. She prescribed 2 different topical gels for my face, with a 6 month prescription for each. The problem I find with Dr. Aronson is that she won’t refill prescriptions unless you come in for another exam. Which is pretty absurd given these are daily use gels with zero side effects, and work quite well. I’ve tried calling multiple times to speak with her over the phone to avoid the $ 200 office visit and the half day from work, but she never returns calls. She will always have an office worker call you and tell you to come in. Even after multiple attempts to explain to her that I’m also uninsured, she will still not refill a prescription. I get the feeling she’s trying to make a buck. Not my best interest at heart. I’d go elsewhere. Good luck.

Unlike the previous Unilocaler, I found Dr. Aronson’s bedside manner very refreshing. I waited a bit longer than I would have liked, but it was expected. The resident who initially treated me, Dr. Steven Kuhn, did not«dumb-down» any of the information, regarding my treatment. I waited only 15 minutes after that to see Dr. Aronson, who was very clinically professional and concerned for my well-being. She is interested in obtaining my bloodworm and previous labs to better treat my condition. Much better than my previous dermatologist. I have a follow up in one month, and even though the drive is excessive to her office for me, I look forward to the potential progress in the treatment and care she will provide.

DR. ARONSONIS A DISTURBINGLYUNPROFESSIONALMEDICALCAREPROVIDER Plan on spending upwards of 3 hours waiting for a meager 3 minutes with Dr. Aronson if you are not a «complicated» enough patient for her to bother with. She admittedly gets behind frequently because of her«complicated patients» and said that if I wanted to avoid such a long wait in the future, I should schedule my appointment for first thing in the morning or the last slot in the afternoon. I suppose that’s what happens when they schedule 2 – 4 people for every 15 minute time slot during the day… I went there to get blood work done. The receptionist chided me for not ensuring that they had given me the proper paperwork after my last visit. She said that if they do not present me with the proper paperwork(which they had not done, as I was supposed to get a lab report) then it was my responsibility to ask. How am I supposed to ask for something that I don’t even know exists? Why is it my responsibility to make sure they do their jobs? Aside from the accusatory office staff, after waiting for 3 hours, I didn’t even end up having the blood work done because she«changed her mind». I had fasted for 18 hours for this blood work, took time off of work and school, waited for 3 hours, and then they didn’t even end up doing it! Dr. Aronson entered the room, looked at me and said, «well everything looks good.» I waited 3 hours for her to literally do nothing. I didn’t walk out with any procedure having been preformed or even a prescription for my condition. I’ve never been so frustrated in my life– having to wait 3 hours for her to waltz in and say«everything looks good» without even coming within 2 feet of me. How cold and callus of an individual do you have to be to treat a patient in such a way? Perhaps she has forgotten about that little thing called a Hippocratic OathThis is by far the worst doctor that I have ever been to.
