Stopped in for a quick repair job after a wreck. Was in and out in minutes thanks to friendly, attentive staff.

I found my neighborhood bike shop and will keep coming back! Great customer service, Amy was fabulous and took the time to show me how to wrap my own handlebars. My bike needed a tune-up and it’s running smoother after bringing it in to Iron Cycles for maintenance. Thumbs up, I highly recommend.

Extremely reasonable prices(especially for the neighborhood) and stellar customer service. Troy knows his stuff and went out of his way to make sure we left happy. We brought in 2 new bikes to get checked out/tightened up right before the store closed, and Troy didn’t rush his work. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. We won’t take our bikes anywhere else for tune-ups or repairs!

I just reviewed a bike shop on here, but I have to say I have found my bike shop for life in Iron Cycles! No attitude at all, I was able to ask Brandon all my dumb questions and he was patient and friendly throughout. He even did a couple of tweaks on my bike I didn’t know I needed no charge! I will continue to go out of my way to patronize this place, it is that good.

Awesome service, attitude and vibe. For a small shop, they’ll bend over backwards to do what they can.

Popped by this evening during my first ride on my first Fixie that I had just put together myself. I knew the left crank was dangerously loose and the drop bars felt poorly positioned. As it turned out, several parts were either loose, misaligned and/or installed upside down and backwards! Yes, you guessed it –this was my first partial bike build ;) The gentleman at Iron Cycles was beyond helpful —and so generous with his time! This place is most definitely a high end shop, but they certainly have their doors open to all, even newbies like me!

Nice to see an outpost of Iron Cyles in Wicker Park. Although there are lots of bike shops in the area, Iron Cycles has a bit of a higher-end, serious rider focus that is something that was missing from the area. The had some nice looking, entry-level bikes as well, but I think these guys’ expertise is really in the nicer bike parts. Smaller shop, but they have a good amount of stuff in there. Really nice, helpful staff, went out of the way to help me both on the phone and in the shop. Iron cycles may become my go-to shop in the area for my race bike. These guys also do some stunning custom builds.
