This location is only meant for the delivery and pick up services, just delivery drivers running around. The service is «CHEAP». I hope the customers ordering MUSTKNOW that the pizzas are not prepared in a hygiene condition. Price vs Quality — Very poor

I’ve never had it, but, I don’t know, I just really like the idea of it. 4 stars.

By far the nastiest pizza I ever had!!! Little Caesars has way better pizza then this dump. The manager was real rude I think his name was Joey. Unprofessional crew with tons of ghetto ass people working there. I would rather eat ALPO dog food then eat this crap!!! Beware and don’t spend your money here

For a chain, this is quality pie. Get the 8 corner pizza. With that garlic butter stuff. I am never disappointed when we order from here. Hits the spot every time. I feel bad with all the great pizza options we have in Chicago that I order from Jet’s, but it’s good.

Descent pizza. But not worth the money. Wouldn’t come back. They need better specials

This is a counter-service chain from Michigan, but it seems like 70 percent of people in Chicago are from Michigan. They’re surrounding us, they’re surrounding us! Someone from Michigan living in Chicago introduced me to this pizza and it was all over at the moment I took my first bite. I thought it would be another bland pizza chain but it was not. Not. It’s more like a delicious buttery crispy but soft crust that could very well take over your life. It’s square pizza, so think crispy and thick sort of like Pequod’s, but better. The deep dish crust is outstanding. It’s not like Chicago style deep dish, but more of a Domino’s deep dish or even a Pizza Hut pan style(I haven’t had either one in years and years so if they’ve changed it since 2001, my comparison is null). The crust is perfectly crispy and balanced with softness. They serve individual slices all day and the slices are thick but small. You can walk in and purchase a slice every day if you want. No, I haven’t done this, ever. It is just an idea for you. Hahaha. They have a pretty extensive menu with lots of fun pizzas like BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken, pineapple, etc. Kinda over priced, maybe, but oh well. It’s so good. I’ve only ever had pepperoni quite honestly. If it aint’ broke, don’t fix it. The pizza bread is great. Because it’s buttery hot bread smothered with cheese. Enough said. I’ve had delivery a few times and it was always fine. It may take a while but I’ve gone in the store and they’re usually always busy no matter when I go in so it makes sense why delivery could take a while(if it does). Service is always friendly. Really good pizza. I’ve introduced several friends to it and they crave it like something baaaaad. We text each other with just the word«Jet’s.» It’s a thing. You’ve been warned.

We started going to Jet’s Pizza for about a couple of months now. The pizzas have all been great so far. Fresh dough, high quality ingredients, what more could you ask? A bit pricier than the other chains, but we still highly recommend it!

Jets pizza is one of my favorites. The crust is one of the best. We had a disappointing experience regarding the wrong pizza delivered twice and two hours to correct and get the correct order. I wrote to customer service and manager Scott emailed me and said he would take care of our next order. We ordered again tonight, thanks to Scott, and the lady taking my order was very nice as well.

Ordered 2– 8 corners pizza… extra sauce, turbo crust. They put virtually no sauce and no turbo crust. Very annoying when I have to drive pretty far for pickup.

We had Jets for delivery recently. Delivery was fast! It took about 30 minutes. We live close enough to the restaurant but still were surprised by the fast delivery. We ordered a large thin crust pizza with all the meats. It was tasty. I really wished it was crispier though. It would have been even better. We also ordered the cheese bread which was my favorite. I probably could have eaten that myself. I would order from here again. Their pizza is a little different in a good way.

I’ve been a fan of Chicago style pizza for as long as I can remember… and the along came Jet’s. I don’t know what it is, though the Turbo Crust definitely helps, but I adore their pies and now, 9⁄10 I’m ordering from these guys. Delivery occasionally has a hiccup or two, but for the most part this location has on point food and service.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered a pizza and the delivery driver could not find my house. Went outside to find him and he passed me and drove back to the store. Driver called to yell at me about not being able to find my house. Was charged in full, and received no pizza. If I could post negative stars I would. For god’s sake, do not order from here.

Wow! I was not expecting such good pizza. I stopped for a slice which I was expecting to be like the typical pizza chain taste. Boys was I wrong. This pizza is a thicker dough style that tastes like homemade bread. It is so amazing! I highly recommend.

I have very mixed feelings about Jet’s Pizza. I have had some really good pizzas and I have had some extraordinarily bad ones. I bumped it down to two stars, as their delivery drivers drive like maniacs down Ashland. I have had multiple run-ins with their drivers and I can promise you that it’s a matter of time before they hurt someone. There are countless delivery drivers in Lakeview, but the Jet’s drivers are undoubtedly the worst and most reckless. I am not sure how they passed a basic driving test. Because of that I only pickup from here rather than put my fellow neighbors at risk. I need to come back and give the pizzas another try, as we have been on hiatus since our last trip.

Jet’s pizza is amazing, but I won’t get into the great food here; this is a customer service based review. My girlfriend and I ordered take out at this location yesterday. She can’t do spicy and there was a small mix up that resulted in the pizza being spicy and not enjoyable for her. I called and spoke with the manager and he fixed the situation and made it right without hesitation. He gave us a credit and expedited a new pizza without the spice out just for her. The manager took care of everything so quickly I didn’t have a chance to explain that we were running a big race today and the pizza yesterday was our pre-meal. I don’t normally complain but we were looking forward to this meal all week, so it was a bigger deal to us. Jet’s customer service knocked it out of the park. It’s unreal how often you get restaurants that seem to admonish you when you bring up an issue with your meal. It’s refreshing to see a place and a manager that make the situation right without hesitation. It goes a far way in creating return customers.

If I was just reviewing the food, I would give it 5⁄5 stars. I love Jets(particularly with my Michigan roots) and while I agree it’s more expensive than some of the other chain pizza places, I think it’s worth it. My issue with them and the reason for the lower rating is a combination of their online ordering working about 50% of the time. Clicking the wrong button one time results in sending you back to the first screen and having to enter your entire order again. They also never let you enter your coupon codes so anytime you want to use one, you have to call in which while annoying, is manageable and not a huge deal. My final issue is that every time I get delivery, the drivers are truly unable to to make it to my apartment. For example, today I ordered pizza that I had to call in for since the online ordering wasn’t working(ok???). Driver calls at 1105 saying he is here, I tell him if he hits 505 on the buzzer he will be let up. 5 minutes go by, no pizza, I call him back from the number he calls me on, no answer. The driver the calls me 5 more times but says nothing. At this point I’m getting more and more annoyed and head downstairs, no sign of any driver and when I call him again, no answer and I went back upstairs. Finally, after over 20 minutes of him not answering when I call, he calls me back and asks if I can just go meet him. Hungry and annoyed, I came back downstairs again to meet him where I find him in the lobby of the building… but I guess he was just unable to work the elevator??? Conclusion — love the pizza, service needs work. I’ll think next time about maybe ordering elsewhere.

Detroit is slowly invading Chicago. First, it is transplants like myself… next, we bring our pizza, too. Soon enough we’ll be building cars here, drinking Faygo pop and the Tigers will play home games at Wrigley Field. In all seriousness, the day Jets moved into the City was like one of the greatest days of my life. Hey, so maybe the bar isn’t too high… but I was also known to jump into a Zipcar and visit the Skokie Jets location prior to this one opening. Wow, I’m surprised you’re still reading this review from this loser… Anyhow, the pizza is awesome — Jets is like a square version of Pequod’s, kinda, but not really. I don’t know how to describe it but the crispy edges of the crust are what make it soooooo good. Its so good they make an «eight corner» pizza so you dont find yourself fighting your dining companions over those corner pieces that have extra square footage of crusty-edges. Jets may lack on the cheese and toppings of Pequod’s, but their price is also about half. Do yourself a favor and also try the Jets Bread and HOMEMADERANCH. At least it tastes homemade… if its not, don’t tell me.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and got a square pizza regular cut pizza. I also ordered a greek salad, which was pretty expensive for the old lettuce and wrinkled tomatoes they gave me. WAYY too expensive for the quality(not great). If it was half off, they would have fared better. Will not be going there again.

My favorite Pizza place in Chicago! Yes, I’m from Michigan but where can you get an inexpensive 8 corner Pizza with 3x sauce, well done, and Spicy Pepperoni with Jet Bread? There are many great pizza places in Chicago,(Lou Malnatis, Pequods, Connie’s, Pisanos) I just love my Jets! Give it a try, you will be surprised!

Shortly after my embarrassingly disparaging review, the owner(Scott) reached out to me. Without getting too much into the details, he went above and a mile beyond my expectations to make it right and bring me back to Jet’s. I am so happy and relieved to know that the Chicago branch of Jet’s pizza is an extremely well-run business where the owner still cares about individual customers and their experience. Bravo, Scott. You have a customer for life and someone who will recommend Jet’s to anyone who will listen. Thanks!!! Also-the pizza here is awesome. I will especially vouch for the 8-corner. It’s sicilian style, so the Chicagoans might need to leave their expectations for deep-dish at the door. However, it’s really quite delicious. Try it, you might just like it!
