Easily the slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. 4 employees working behind the counter. 1 took my order while the other 3 talked and talked. While one was making my sandwich, the other 2 didn’t even help, just watched the other make my sandwich. At one point, the employee stopped making my sandwich to prove a point during a conversation. Never going to that jimmy johns ever again. Should be closed down.

Quoted 15 min for a delivery. Took over an hour. Manager (Terri) is clueless and had the driver calling the wrong number. Offered nothing in exchange. Best part is they got the order wrong.

I like jimmy johns but is it a standard that they never ever give you a napkin? I mean… the employees are friendly though… and I wish they had more chip selections… It’s a good quick bite stop if you’re hungry and in the area.
