I didn’t know this location existed! It was really close to a Korean BBQ place I had lunch at and I really wanted a lychee watermelon freeze without driving all the way to Chinatown. Parking was easy. It’s next to a tattoo parlor! You can’t miss it!

This was probably the only place in Chicago I went to every single day. No I wasn’t here for the food, I was here for the drinks. I know you might think it’s crazy and that it’s just bubble tea but the fact they make it into freezes and offer taro and mango pudding, I couldn’t pass up. In a span of 5 days, I managed to try avocado freeze, mango freeze with mango pudding, rose green milk tea with tapioca, jackfruit and lychee freeze, watermelon freeze with lychee jelly, taro red bean blend with taro pudding and pineapple coconut freeze with taro pudding. You might think i’m crazy for drinking this on a daily basis but trust me, it was THATGOOD. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live in Chicago because I’d come here religiously. This might be one of the best bubble tea joints i’ve been to in America. The drinks are totally a bang for buck. For around 3 — 5 bucks you get a large that includes toppings and either served as a freeze or a tea drink. I highly recommend the pudding toppings, the tapioca tasted different from what I’m used to, but in a good way because it was extra chewy. For drinks, I really liked the rose green milk tea, the watermelon freeze was almost too watery because it made me a bit bloated afterward. The jackfruit and lychee was such an interesting combo, both flavors complimented eachother very nicely. The pineapple coconut freeze tasted a lot like a virgin piña colada. I love that they use real fruits instead of powder. It’s a shame they don’t do stamp cards or loyalty cards but heck, drinks this good, you don’t need loyalty cards to attract consumers. P. S. they also offer delivery, a friend of mine has down that before order 5 bubble tea drinks off seamless. Extra pointers to Joy Yee for that!
