I’m a 30yo guy in overall good health, so I usually see Dr. J for specific ailments rather than chronic problems or ongoing health maintenance. In my experience he’s been great. Very engaging and talkative, and willing to answer lots of other questions on the fly that I might come up with. He seems genuinely interested in my overall health and well-being. The only thing that is occasionally annoying is that the office is crawling with med students taking notes and asking questions. Sometimes there have been 3 other people in the room with me and Dr. J during my appointment. It’s fine if you don’t mind being a guinea pig — and I don’t — but feel free to ask these students to leave the room if you’d like more privacy with your doctor.

Dr. Jutovsky has done a great job as my doctor. The office staff, however, is difficult to deal with. My main gripe is their lack of availability. I rarely get the opportunity to speak to a live person when I call, and when I leave a message, they rarely return the call. If they are that busy they should hire more staff. And when you do speak to them, on the phone or at the office, it feels like you are at the DMV. I think they need some training in customer service.

I too like Dr. J but his office staff is the worst! No compassion at all. After a short emergency room visit, I called to make a follow up appointment with Dr. Jutovsky. Because I do not have insurance, the staff basically laughed at me and wouldn’t give me the price of a physical exam saying«honey, with out insurance its hundreds of dollars». First off, don’t «honey» me. Second off, Dr. J has been my primary care doc for over 15 years and they don’t seem to care at all for my well being. Too bad for the doctors that their staff is so horrible. I am in the process of finding a new doc.

Dr Jutovsky is nice and understanding however the office staff can be rude and even mean. The office maager called me to yell at me 2 times over mistakes they made . I had some serious problems and hospitizations and she was irritated by paperwork. She threatened me that she would alert the secretaries to not let me see the Dr for emergencies. I was just released from ICU after many surgeries and seriously needed follow up care for complications and infections. Me and my DR had a good relationship and there was no cause for such hostility by staff. I am still having problems and now need to find another Dr to help me during a very difficult time for me
