I go to Karma to see Christopha, who has been taking care of my hair for 10 years now. It’s quite amazing each time I see him he has some fresh ideas on how to get the next fab look. He’s extremely skilled colorist: we went from several different shades of blond to pinks, purpure, blue, navy, many pastel shades to highlights, to multi tones, yet my hair is healthy and soft in touch. I appreciate that each time I come for my appointment, Christopha takes into account several factors: season, weather, my schedule, the condition of my hair. As an introvert and not really chatty person, I’m happy that he doesn’t have overwhelming, drama personality you can often see at the hair salon. Finally, the online booking tool is super convenient and Christopha responses quickly. Booking via or 7734942290.

For a good«men’s cut» or fade there is no one better than Chris. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly made the experience all the better. I will not go to anyone else. TOPNOTCH!

Christopha is the best. I followed him when he moved to Karma. I am always really pleased with my color and cut. He has a great designer’s eye and a lot of fun too. Karma has a great, relaxed vibe.

Great salon. I’m a masculine-presenting queer-identified woman, and I travel for business — I knew Karma was lesbian-owned, and I was overjoyed to get an absolutely smashing and handsome haircut there. Skilled, professional, and friendly.

Followed my beloved Daniel here and im so glad he’s happy here at this salon. Its small but very nice! there’s a cute breakfast/lunch diner next door. Not the easiest to get to by public transportation but daniel is worth it. Afterwards you can walk down the street for a slice of pie!!! =)

I followed Chris Zamastil here from Restoration salon. I have very curly hair and it takes a really good stylist to cut it so it isn’t boxy or over-layered. He is such an expert and gives the best cuts! I have been keeping my natural color for years, so getting my hair dyed red was a little scary. Chris gave me the most amazing highlights. I have never had anyone do my highlights and not have them look somewhat streaky. These blonde highlights look so natural! Really impressive. And he nailed the red color completely. Red is hard to master and I have reddish tones already, so it is a challenge to color. He is SO good at what he does. His prices are reasonable. And he is very friendly and sweet. What more could you ask for?

Love this place. I get my hair done(color and cut) by Brad. Brad does an amazing job every time. I like to try new things and he is very helpful guiding me to what I want but also respecting my opinion. He gives me advice when I want it, but when it comes down to it, he will do what I ask. I like coming to this salon because there is easy parking, the salon itself is not busy or rushed and everyone there is so laid back. I don’t feel that it is overpriced for the service and quality that I am getting. It’s easy to get an appointment, even on a Saturday.

I’ve always avoided hair salons that didn’t actually have some sort of the word«cut» in their name. It’s probably the feeling like I don’t belong there… amongst the pretty people dressed in designer black turtlenecks. Well, now I’ve found a place where I feel comfy. I think I’ve finally formed a relationship with my hairdresser, Miss Tori… we’re going on over a year now and I think she might be the one. I was refered to her from a friend, and she was very tender with me after I told her of a bad haircut experience I had months prior. She was always careful not to cut beyond my comfort level, and as finally wanted to go shorter… she eased me nicely into it. Part of me was weary of sharing Tori, and Karma with you all… since I’ll probably have to make my appointments months in advance, but hey they deserve it.
