There is a saying I’ve heard that goes «There are two kinds of people in the world. Those in therapy, and those that should be.» Dr Schultz-Saindon is an excellent fit for anyone in that second group.
I’d never been to counseling before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the process simple and painless. Even on days when I had no idea what to talk about, she did a great job asking questions that got me thinking and talking more. I’m very glad I found her and I’d recommend her to anyone who is considering therapy.
