Don’t use them! They were verbally abusive, horribly rude and announced to our clients when they arrived that they were there to get rid of rats and cockroaches… no discretion what-​so-​ever. We had called for ant removal and if they could do anything in the tenant apartment above the store. Our customers were mortified and so were we. After they left I spoke with the owner who didn’t care and sided with his employees. We told them to leave and hired another company which did a fantastic job.

This is a Top Notch Pest Control Company that I have used for many years. Don’t believe everything you read in the Rags Chicago puts out for the Citizens to read. I’ve known the Owner and Employees for 15 years and they do a Great Job removing Pests, Unwanted Animals that spread Diseases in our community’s. They treat the captured Animals in a Humane way, not like other company’s I know of.

based upon a Sun Times story, they owner is paid to get rid of Rats at O’Hare and he then releases them in local parks!!! WHAT? he should lose his city contact and I would never use him.

I called Logan Square Pest Control out to my home as a preventive measure because I didn’t want to have a bug problem. They came out and sprayed my baseboards. They left a white residue all around my baseboards and told me to leave it there for two weeks. I’m 8 months pregnant, and asked them if it was poison of any type, and they assured me it was safe. Within a week I started seeing spiders. In the last two days, I’ve killed over 20 brown house spiders. I left a message for the owner, who promptly called me back and offered to come back out and redo the job. I explained that the job they did didn’t work, and asked them what they were going to do differently this time. He said nothing, that they were going to do the same thing. Then he told me I was making him feel bad and HUNG UP on me! I’m calling Terminix today to come out and do the job right!

if you want to get yelled at and hung up on for asking questions about your service and appointment times then you should contact this company, they will happily abuse you verbally.

WARNING! new, terrible, owners. this business is terrible. apparently it is under new ownership. I used them several months ago to remove several squirrels and they did a fine job. I called them several times for repeat service and they did not call back. today I reached them and over the course of 4 different calls they quoted me different prices each time — and each time blamed the shifting prices on new ownership. I scheduled an appointment and waited all day. «John» finally called and 4:00 pm and said they they could not make it. When attempting to reschedule he only offered one time slot, in the middle of the work day. when told that I needed to work around work schedule, he hung up. I immediately called back and spoke with an employee, who would not provide me the name of the owner, stating his name is «John» but does not know his last name. He then hung up too. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service and responsiveness. Use someone else!

My husband and I had a pigeon problem on our back deck. It was disgusting, they were pooping everywhere. We called two companies to get estimates. Logan Square Pest control came out right away. They were the cheapest. I was a little worried that because they were cheaper, it wouldn’t be as good of a job. They were great. There were three men that came out to put up spikes. They also cleaned up all of the poop on the back deck. We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. We have been pigeon free ever since.

We called them twice. They didn’t show up twice. We had to go with someone else… twice.
We had a nest of birds in our bathroom fan vent and wanted them removed humanely. When we called Logan Square Pest Control, they assured us that they could remove the birds without chemicals. They would come the next day at noon. It never happened. We called at noon, the next day and were assured that they’d come the following day at 2pm. They never showed. Boo to them. I’m always surprised when someone doesn’t want my business in this economy.
