I will never use this place again.
It’s really expensive and provides little to no service. I called to ask if I could bring in a document on a flash drive to print. They said yeah, no trouble. I get there and the USB drive is broken. When I asked why i was told that it would work, the response was that it broken in the ten min. before I arrived. The solution was to use their internet for a nominal charge. Once I got that set up, I asked for ten copies of my document and gave it to the staff member to copy. Apparently, there was a little confusion between ten and one hundred and fifty. After I repeated that I only needed ten copies and wouldn’t pay for more than the ten I would leave with, the staff member got very upset, then charged me for 60 copies, even though we’d stopped the process after 30 copies had printed. I finally just paid cash for the ten copies, and the internet fee, as there would be no way to remove the charge from the 60 copies from their «system,» which was a cash register.
Especially noting the UPS store in RP, and the fact that the guys as Sonny’s will do this for the same price and none of the hassle, I’ll never be going back.

Made a copy and a fax. Quick and painless. The attendant was very friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated. Nice to have something more convenient then finding a fedex office. Was a little pricey $ 3.31 for 1 2-​sided copy and a 3 page fax, but for a little extra money the convenience did it for me however I had to mark 4 instead of 5 because that price seems high.
