I have been a patient of Dr. Chavez for over 7 years at 2 locations. He is a true professional who not only has a deep understanding of and interest in medicine, but a sincere concern for his patients. He also is a great listener and has a skill for explaining complex medical terminology in layman’s terms. I have found that he is very flexible and willing to communicate in person, on the phone, or via email.
His office is conveniently located to Wicker Park, Bucktown, Humboldt Park, and Ukranian Village. Ample parking and easy appointments.
I would highly recommend Dr. Milton Chavez.
