Do not use this service. Requested a quote for limo service for wedding. In the email she broke it down so it stated how much each vehicle would be. Decided to book the vehicle but she told me that the prices of each vehicle were incorrect and she would not be able to give me the price (she had quoted me a lower price compared to the actual price). Last time I checked, if a business quoted you a price they need to obey that price, same situation if a business forgot to take the sale price sign down. She offered me 10% off the correct price but it was still to high. Additionally she said that the quote was only effective 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours the quote is not effective. There was no wording in the email stating that you have 48 hours to make reservation. She made the mistake of quoting me the wrong price and she typed it 4 times per vehicle so I believe she should have obeyed the price she gave me. I didn’t end up making a reservation with this company because of their customer service. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS BUSINESS!

So our big day was amazing thanks to m&m limos. I absolutely loved this business and the driver. They were super nice and helpful with everything. He was a fast driver and even suggested going downtown to get pictures by the skyline. We were skeptical because we weren’t sure if we would make it back in time because I had other plans for pictures but he said he could get us there and back and he did. Everything went smoothly and he was absolutely nice. I would definitely recommend them.
