Fern is simply great. She really listens to you, works within your budget, finds you solutions and partners. She’s approachable and honest. And she’d do just about anything for a client. And in the event that something’s not perfect, she makes it right. For example, she helped us get some custom cushions. The day they were delivered, she took the initiative to check in and make sure everything was perfect. A few of the cushions were sized a bit awkwardly (not her fault or doing), but I told her I’d be happy to live with them a bit. She insisted on coming over to check the cushions personally, took them back to the fabricator that day and got us new, perfect cushions in less that four days. Amazing. And honestly, it was a minor detail I’d never have even bothered about. That’s what you want in a design partner. We’ll be working with her again for sure!
