Really cool little shop with shirts, books and accessories. My girlfriend came in to shop for jewelry and the other side has tons of really cool sports apparel. Vintage college and professional sports t-shirts and coffee table books. Perfect place for couples to shop.

With Father’s Day around the corner, you may want to pay a visit to this little Corridor gem. This place is replete with unusual gifts for the great guy in your life. Chicago themed cuff-links, stuff carved out of old baseball bats, retro Cubs shirts, and other goodies abound in this little basement wonderland.

I recently stopped by here and absolutely loved what they have for men’s watches and gifts — If your looking for a cool and unique gift to get for your man or any man in your life this is the place! I found a watch I wanted for myself actually and had an issue with the clasp. the woman at the counter was extremely nice and there were no questions that she would replace it! I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a gift for a special guy in there life!

Do not recommend. Bought a pair of cufflinks that clearly came from their store(the beer tab ones by a local Chicago artist). One broke right when I gave them to a friend as a present, which is embarrassing enough. Because I didn’t have my receipt handy, they were helpful up to the extent of offering some glue. All I wanted was an exchange. I was so aggravated that I just left them there. Funny enough, you can find the cufflinks on etsy for half the price. This store doesn’t cater to repeat customers or stand behind their product.

OK, so I’m a guy, and let me tell you, ladies: you can’t go wrong at this shop. This is cool«guy» stuff without being all about beer pong and Playboy. It has gifts for every occasion, a classy atmosphere, and friendly staff. I went here to buy a wedding gift for a friend of mine, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. This is the only place you need to go to find a gift for a guy: just walk in here, point in a random direction, and buy that. Whatever it is, he’ll love it. And guys, even if you aren’t into the«boutique» idea, trust me: it’s all good stuff. The owner has excellent taste in gifts for gents without falling for stereotypes. Definitely worth checking out whenever you find yourself on Southport.

I’ve been needing new flip flops. My old ones were from Old Navy, and have those hard plastic nodes that rub into my instep and cause blisters and all sorts of unpleasantness. My wife and I went to take a walk down Southport, and rather than being comfortable, I had to wear my running shoes. We walked south to Belmont and on our way back north, we passed this place, that is to say I stopped in front of it and was drawn in by it’s guy-themes attire and books and such. We went in and perused through the books(The Newlyweds Guide caught her eye, as we are newly married), funny cards, drinking paraphernalia, cuff links, ties, shirts, hats and the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever bought. The owner was very personable, and was also quick to give us a frequent shopper card. When we left, my wife noticed the M2 Boutique next door. Needless to say, I have a feeling that anytime either of us need gifts or anything, we’ll be going back.

I was desperate for Christmas gifts this year, male gifts to be exact. And all women know shopping for men is about as easy as solving a rubrics cube blind-folded. So I was shopping for myself(I couldn’t let myself get rusty) next door at M2 Boutique, when I saw they had opened a sister store for men. Thank the heavens they did! I found a manual on the history of beer bong, cuff links, vintage t-shirts, flasks, books that guys would actually want to read, and my personal favorite, fresh breath spray that says«For the Know-It All». They had a lot of other trinkets and gadgets for boys but those were the stand-outs for me. I really hope this place thrives because it definitely saved my hide for Christmas this year! Oh and the store(I know guys don’t care for the word ’boutique’ even though that’s what it is :) is very masculine in its décor. Leather sofas, a large tv if I remember correctly, and pretty people behind the counter. Great customer service, too!
