Mattress and More

I went here to purchase my mattress which was way overdue. The owner was knowledgeable and the prices fair. My husband and I were in and out in 30min. I’ve had my bed for about a week now and have slept soundly the entire week. Nothing beats a good mattress or great customer service for that matter. When it comes time to purchase a bed for my kids, I know where I’m going.

My experience with Mattress and More was wonderful! Got a queen size bed and frame, which they delivered and set up the next day. Found out when they were at the apartment, that the box spring wouldn’t fit through any of the doors. Within a couple of hours, they had returned the box spring and came back with the split box springs, and even brought some headboard clamps. After getting all the pieces in to the apartment, they set up the whole bed including the headboard which was not purchased from them. The whole experience was a ‘10’ start to finish.

I just heard about this place opening and decided to check it out. I am in desperate need of a new mattress. I drove up to the store and the sales person was outside on the phone smoking, everyone needs a break. I walked into the store and inquired about their mattress’s they had on sale posted in the window. He gave me some small information and as I inquired more about the mattress’s he had the phone rang. He said hold on, I thought he was talking to me then he says no the phone. Then ‘Frank’ proceeds to cut me short and hand me his card if I had any other questions just call. I was standing right there ready to buy, but I was handed a card and he continued his phone conversation, something about home from work already. That’s where he should of been he didn’t care about his work. I drove a short distance down the street to another mattress store called mattress bargains and the sales lady was more than willing to help including ignoring the phone call from her husband. She sat and gave me tons more of information I didn’t even think to ask and she made a sale. I love my new mattress. No thanks to Mattress and more. Save yourself the hassle don’t even walk in the door.
