Good customer service and their prices are reasonable. The only thing they don’t tell you until you read it in your receipt, their is a $ 179.99 restocking fee as soon as you leave with it. Even if you only have it for a day. A company that does not stand behind their product is BADBUSINESS. I should of gone to Abt or Costco they have a excellent return policy NOFEES.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I walk in and the sale associate and manager are sitting there. No one gets up. I know what I am looking for because I had been to the one down the block. So I wanted to compare the deal. I was buying that day. The sales guy asked what am I looking for. I pointed out the two mattresses and asked what kind of deal can he offer. He said the price is there. I said I know the price listed but I was wondering what deals do you have. He said as he pointed the deal is there. I was getting frustrated but did not react so I said one more time but what kind of deal can you offer me. He said«what am I suppose to do, offer every one that comes through that door a deal? What are you going to do for me? «I them got made and said what the f… do you want me to do. This is when the manager finally stepped in and started to be nice to me. I listen to his sales pitch bit I was done after the sales ass said that. What a very weird and horrible experience.

Louis is the best! Honest, courteous and patient. The best mattress buying experience we have ever had! My husband and I went in to buy a Tempurpedic mattress and not only did Louis help us find a cheaper model, he patiently explained all the pros and cons with honesty. Even though we took our time he never got upset or pushy. When we didn’t get a wire we needed for the lifting base, he personally drove 45 minutes into the city to drop it off at 8 at night. Above and beyond! My husband and I will be referring everyone to this location to ask for Louis!

Well I was contacted by a manager called Kevin right after my first review and saying he would take back my mattress and there would be no charge to get the right one he told me to call him back the next week so he can talk to the store and straighten everything out. Well he lied, they didn’t care at all I called 4 times and also left a message each time, and also on top of that sent 3 written messages to him and he would not return any of my messages. So at the end I waited 2 months or more and I just went to Carson furniture better mattresses and the best service and they give you 3 and a half month trial if not happy you choose s different mattress. Also they deliver for free with about a $ 500 purchase and up and take away your old mattresses, can’t beet that. I had to buy a new box spring because I needed to have the lower one, I had to dispose of the new one I had so stupid because this place don’t want to help there customers. Once you purchase from there store they don’t want anything to be with you so watch out I’m warning you other stores offer return this one don’t.

Walked in to Back to Bed Last night around 715PM with cash in tote, ready to buy a bed. First thing I see when I walk in is a guy(blonde hair probably mid to upper 40s) with his feet up on the desk reading a magazine. We walk in hoping he would spring into action and greet us, it took a few. Then I am sure he looked at us and finally said«how can I help you guys?» We told him we were in the market for a bed and then this guy has the audacity to say, «Well have you guys been up and down Harlem here? It’s all basically the same» Well no we haven’t, but thanks for letting us know about your competition down the street! We told him what our price range was and he said that he doesn’t have anything in my price range except for one rickety bed. The bed was not nice. The salesman did not try to up-sell us or show us any other models. I felt like since he saw that my fiancé and I are a younger couple, that we weren’t serious or that we were just kicking«tires». I kind of saw it in his eyes that he looked fed up. Body language says a lot! He then let us look around and went back to sitting at his desk. That was a clear sign for us to leave. We did exactly what he suggested, went down the street to American Mattress and bought a bed for $ 2000(A little less than double than what we wanted to spend). We bought the mattress because the Salesman at American Mattress was attentive, informative, well put together, and worked with us on the pricing. I feel like if the salesman at Back to Bed would have done the same, we would have purchased from there and Back to Bed would have had customers for life since we will probably need to get new beds as our family grows. I have been in the sales field and I understand that it is tough but I felt this this salesmen totally profiled us and stopped trying. Probably the worst customer service I have received in the longest time. I advise all people who would like to come here… don’t! Apparently from the salesmen, he does not want your business there anyway.

The salesman Brian is nice and helpful, not your typical sleazy mattress salesman, I’ve actually bought three mattresses here because they’re friendly and I feel like in getting a good deal. They were great about exchanging a mattress too.
