Stanley is the best. My boyfriend and I re-​located to Chicago from NYC without much money to our names and he worked with us to find a mattress that was legitimately comfortable, and an investment we were happy to make, within our budget. We visited this location twice even though we have locations closer to our home because of his team’s customer service. We felt welcomed to Chicago with their kindness and our now comfortable bed. He is also good with puns. And has great restaurant recommendations. And has a great sense of humor. 4 thumbs up.

Had a superb experience with Stanley who went through a comprehensive explanation of mattress types and walked me through a wide selection of beds. All this even though I came in minutes before closing time. Purchased a mattress and set up next day delivery. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here. This was the first place we went to when we started shopping for a mattress and the manager was very informative and offered us the best deal on our tempur pedic set. After shopping around at 4 other stores to ensure we got the best deal, the service and price ended up being far greater at this store then the others, so we returned to this store. We really feel like we got the best deal and service here! Stan and Patrick were both great & we are very happy with our new bed

Stopped in to Mattress Firm a few months back to look at bed options. Was greeted late in the evening by Stanley who took the time to show me all the options and even some I didn’t think I wanted just to compare. After deliberating decided not to buy a mattress that night, He was extremely understanding and said to reach back out if he could help, but that he knew i would be back for a Temperpedic. Well I did go back 2 months later, and low and behold Stan was there, remembered my girlfriend and I and sold me my new Temperpedic. He was extremely helpful and again didn’t rush me through the process. After guaranteeing the best sleeps of my life early on, I was intrigued and skeptical given the price, but he did not lie… I’ve never slept like this in my life and will recommend Stan and the Temperpedic to anyone who asks. Thanks for helping me get a great night’s sleep!

I had very pleasant shopping experience here. Store manager Scott was very helpful and patient showing and teaching me about all the beds to help me find just what I needed. I didn’t plan on buying anything today, (I was checking different beds at pottery barn) but he made it very easy and comfortable .
I highly recommend this place who needs any type of beds…

Great service, little pressure and minimal BS. Highly recommend. Took our time trying out all the mattresses. Very happy with what we came away with AND got delivery same day — and we purchased it at 1pm. And, as an aside, really easy parking immediately behind the store so no need to street park.
