McDonald’s

A McDonald’s is a McDonald’s. As far as service goes, this was relatively fast for an airport McDonald’s. All in all cannot complain.

My food was good. It took awhile to be able to place my order but it was served very quickly.
This was okay in my book.

Any McDonalds can provide you he standard meal, but I think that service is a completely different thing and truly makes an experience.
I stopped by this morning (1÷27÷16) around 4:30 am, and the gentleman who took my order was wonderful. It’s the early morning shift and with so many travelers coming and going, it’s so easy to be cranky and have an attitude. That was absolutely not the case with him. He happily greeted me as I approached, took my order and made small talk with me. The entire time he was courteous and cheerful — which I appreciated, especially when I’ve had poor service at other locations. I also appreciate his patience as I dug around for a few minutes for my card. The food was fast and fresh — but his personal touch of friendliness really went a long way! Thanks!

No complains. Very efficient. Usual Mc Donald’s location. Always crowded, the orders are delivered very quickly. Everyone is very active at work and are dedicated to serve their customer as fast as possible.
Whenever I go to Mc Donald’s in airport, I always take the egg mc muffin. Loved it as usual.
For some reason, they even gave me a small bag of fries with my order. :)

I have to give them pluses and minuses.
+Plus they are in an airport
+Plus they are not too slow
+Plus it’s nice to have a fast food place in the terminal by the gates
–Minus it’s where two concourses meet so there’s so little space. If this McDonald’s were Pittsburgh, this would be Point State Park. There’s NO ROOM for people to line up and wait for their stuff without almost blocking the people that have to go to and from the E and F concourse hallways through Terminal 2.
When this place gets busy (and oh boy does it ever) you will see lines of people at each register with/​without bags etc trying to fan out to each while people on the left are yelling out numbers for you to pick up your drinks and you may have to wait for your food afterwards too so you have to come back to the counter twice in some cases. Order to the right, pick up to the left
–Minus there’s no seating at all. Not really their fault but it’s hard to eat on your lap nor would you want to really like spill sauce or ketchup on yourself.
–Minus pray they didn’t mess up your order. The first time I ever came here they did and I had to weasel my way back to the pick up area just to tell them they forgot something hoping they’d believe me while the employees are still screaming out numbers for pick up and people are getting their drinks and food through 100+ people. Not fun, not fun at all.
–Minus the prices are sort of higher than they should be. I know Illinois and Chicago tax more (like 11%) but I’m used to that being from Toronto where it’s 13%. Still, one sausage with egg McMuffin meal and one bacon and egg biscuit meal was over 11 bucks! I guess I’m used to how much McDonald’s in Buffalo charges for breakfast…
Overall the thought of having a McD’s is nice. Where it is and how busy it can get with the space they have assigned to them to operate… not so nice. Still it is an oasis in a place that can really charge more because of where they are. McD’s you know what you’re getting all the time only here they make you pay a little more for it.

This place is always busy, but the customer was great. They have a very efficient system of collecting your order. The young lady who collected my order was friendly. The food was good, your standard fast food. I would return.

Horrible. .completely messed up our order. We are vegetarian and asked for an Asian veggie salad with extra veggies and no meat. They gave us a lame looking salad… over priced with nothing in it. Then gave us the wrong dressing and we didn’t have time to run back to get the correct one as we were going to miss our flight.

Convenient location, clean establishment and decent customer service if you find yourself in the mood for a late night Big Mac.

So rude. Bad attitude. Unprofessional.
I ordered a #1 with no ham and guess what? My McMuffin had ham in it. Then, I asked for room in my coffee and when I open the lid, hot coffee falls all over my uniform.
Only because I’m on a bit of a time crunch is that I come here but I avoid it if I can. I can’t deal with these negative people so early in the morning.

I there a lower rating then one star.
I bought a #1 with a large OJ for 7 $ and change. I paid with a 20 $. When the lady went to hand me back 2 $ and change I stopped her and told her I paid with a 20 $.
She called the manager to count her register draw.
When the manager returned she told me that the draw was only $ 0.05 off from the register tape. I informed the manager the since the cashier had given me NO change at all that the register should be at least $ 2.50 over if I paid with a $ 10?
The manger handed me $ 2 and change back a told me to go away. They would not even check the security video to see what I handed them.
The cashier and manger are THIEVES!!!

Average McDonalds, service fast but poor attitudes

The only reason they get two stars is because what can I expect. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and 2 cheese burgers ketchup only. Had to do it twice because I could tell the order taker was not paying attention to me. Both were still wrong. I need to get a plane so I don’t have time to go fix it. It sucks, but it’s food like products.

This McDonalds Is Always fun, especially around Lalapalooza time and other festivals. Some Sister started throwing fries and drinks off of random peoples tables at these 2 dudes, who apparently disrespected her or somethang thang. 40% of the Fries flew in a direct assault while the other fries went about everywhere possible fun. When the drinks started flying, I chimed up to DJ Dirty Beenie sitting next 2 me, thats Why we sit over here; its perfect viewing of fun thangs like this and U in a corner and the door is right there. ChI-​Raq U know…

Horrible. Horrible horrible! Ordered a egg white mcmuffin the woman looked at me funny. She put in a biscuit I kindly said I wanted the mcmuffin. She then puts on my order no biscuit.
Low and behold we get to another gate I open my sandwich up and the label says no biscuit. Wth is it? A biscuit with cheese, bacon, oh one thing was correct the slimy egg white.
Eat at your own risk.

Conveniently located next to several boarding gates in the vicinity. They are busy but service is quick and they get your order out fast, making it a good stop when you are in a hurry to board your plane. Grab and board basically.

I always get my mc griddles and orange juice in the mornings when I come to this airport at 5:30 am!
The staff its usually very friendly and all smiles even this early! The line does move very quick! And I’m usually in an out faster than expected.
No complains so far! And its close to all gates! I think its kind of in the middle of all the gates.

It’s in a airport. Don’t expect a $ 1 large coffee. It was fast. The long line moved right along. The people were nice. What else is needed? There was no other reasonable option at 6 am in the terminal.

The fastest of fast food. When you’re stopping at an airport to get a quick Egg McMuffin or a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, you have no time to think to taste or even to enjoy your food. At this point, it’s fuel and nothing more.
This is a mostly efficient McDonald’s. They take orders, assemble them and shout out numbers. If they don’t get your order right, it’s not like you can come back. You’re gonna be hundreds of miles away.
I wasn’t impressed. Is it too much to be smile when you’re screaming «Two hundred and sixty eight!» five times in a row?

I’d give this place a –1,000,000,000,000, but there’s no such rating.
Place has extremely rude staff (putting it nicely), has the usual wares, but their food quality is obscenely awful: put together badly, made me sick when going on a trip to Boston.
Will never, ever go to this place again. I’d rather starve. I don’t care if its free food — I am not getting sick and again, and to get horrible attitudes from ordering food.
At least I had some pride when I worked at McD’s as a teen, and no one got sick from my food!
Do not go to this place — if you have to, starve, or get something from Starbuck’s.

A good place for a quick bite in between flights. Stopped in here to wolf down a cheeseburger and after the hike from Concourse B over to Terminal 2, Concourse E.
Food came up fast and hit the spot.
