Just went through the drive thru, it’s 10am on a Thursday morning. Not only could I not hear the speaker because of how low it was, as I tried to mention it to the girl at the window, she rudely interrupted me to bark my order at me. Additionally, she didn’t give me a receipt and messed up my order. The management must not care about the poor attitudes of their staff as this has happened with ths girl more than once!

The manager tonight was perfect– great customer skills. Unfortunately the downfall is everything else. 1) The new batch of fries are soggy and not the McDonald’s «quality.» 2) nuggets tastes… Off. 3) though rectified by the manager, the [native english speaker] cashier got my order wrong. 3 stars is really high rating for me throwing away $ 8 down the drain. Really shows you how great customer-care can make a difference. *sigh. I was really look forward to these fries…

I visited this location on 8⁄15 and 8⁄21. I ordered the same thing both times. On 8⁄21 visit I told the drive thru cashier that I was disappointed last time(first visit to this location and my first in Chicago) because the large fries that came with my #1 large meal was miniscule and didn’t fill ½ the container. She assured me she would make sure this one was correct. Didn’t happen. 8⁄21 I received the same serving as the first time. The fries barely came over the curved front of the container. Very disappointed in the serving size based on all advertising and my past experiences with McD on the west coast where I previously resided. I certainly don’t mind paying for a large as long as I receive what I paid for. The serving size needs to be addressed at this location. I cannot say anything about another location except Grayslake, IL, where the serving size of fries was appropriate. I sent this to McD corporate and their response was SORRY and they would contact the local rep and the franchisee and they hope I’ll try McD again. I never was contacted by anyone from the franchisee. So, in other words, tough luck, try again. No concern whatsoever and no compensation for poor cust service. Won’t visit this location ever again or any other McD if I can help it. Congrats, you’ve lost a customer! BTW McD ref#:11302690

This is the best fast food restaurant that I have gone to. It is more pricy than other but the service is amazing. The people in the kitchen work really fast, the managers are friendly(Jose R. was very polite and cheered me up on my bummy day, he also mad sure that the staff was working efficiently. My cashier was amazing she was so funny and worked fast, she had such a huge impact in my day that i remembered her name, Ana. I got my french fries fresh and my fudge sunday was delicious. I went in there for some fast food on a bad day but the staff turned my day around. Props to them, I will be telling my friends to come here instead of the burber king on fullerton and Sheffield.

It’s true the service is not the fastest and not always super friendly. However they are not rude and they do try to make up for slower than the average McDonald’s service. I usually end up with some free food. At least I always get the correct order. Also the kids play area is sufficient and my daughter has never been disappointed.

Here is the truth, McDonalds should not be on Unilocal.A corporate monster like this should be able to give out the same quality food and service across the board. However, this store seems to lack what others shine in. The service is slow, the workers are rude. When ordering it’s always important to make sure they get it all right and repeat it back, because many a time, I have ended up with the wrong soda, or even being over charged for an item they thought I needed. The new mighty wings are delicious, and the daily double is a solid score. But at this establishment, do not think you are getting what you have at other sister stores. Fries are cold, the chicken wings are mediocre and the daily double are made sloppily and I found hairs in them. I’ve seen waiting with Ryan Reynolds, so it makes me gag when I see hairs. Be careful and beware america, this McDonalds is not consistent and won’t give you the quality you expect.

REALLY messy in here! We came to have a drink and talk and have been here for 45 minutes and no one has cleaned a table or swept the floor and it looked this bad when we got here. People have been bussing the tables to have a place to sit. Garbage cans are also filled to the top. There are about 9 people working behind the counter and it hasn’t been so busy that one person couldn’t take some time to clean!

Just about the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. It really has to do with the manager and the way he makes the employees do things. First of all, if you want any sauce from the drive-thru, its an extra charge! After paying, and realizing it at the 1st window, I brought it up to the girl who said the manager doesn’t want us telling people it’s extra, and they would get in trouble… On to Window #2 where I asked for the manager. The manager told me this was their policy, and I asked to see the policy. He could not produce anything. This place should put up signs if they’re going to charge so people don’t get upset at the employees who are just following orders. This manager is also a terrible person from the 45 second interaction I had with him. Oh yah, one time I went inside to order and I walked in circles like an idiot looking for the non-existent ketchup/napkin/straw bench. Why?

Late night they have the slowest drive through on in the city. I have had to drive off multiple times, because of their inability to move customers. The store is newly remodeled, but they need to remodel some of their staff. It’s a shame since this location is very convenient and we do go here frequently for ice cream or a quick drink.

Love, love the redesign! It is very organic looking and very zen feeling! My kids really like the play area, although they miss the large slide and climbing gym, it was definitely a big hit with my 2 yr. old! My 7 yr. old was entertained with the interactive computer game and my 4 yr. old was just enjoying both worlds!

Ghetto. Some hunnie jumped from the end of one line to the front of another when they opened another register. When I called her on it, she just kept talking over me, continuing to order her 3 cookies. Others who she also jumped in front of grumbled too about her time being more important than others. When it was my turn to order I told the McD’s guy, ‘You know, you were the only one who could have done anything about that.’ Before he could respond, hunnie was in my face saying, «I’m not going to stoop to your level and respond to that. And if you keep talking about it, it’s going to get real ugly up in here.» Oh, did I mention she did this in front of her grammar-school aged son?

This place literally sucks. The managers in the morning do not do anything but stare at the long lines and telling the employees to move faster. the drive thru lines always seem to be busy and have problems. Employees are so ungrateful, all they say is hi, some dont even say anything.

This McDonald’s is now cleaner then it was and is still has a 24hr drive through. I eat here once in a great while. The food is ok… its McDonalds.

This review is for Mickey’s Mocha Frappé, Chicken Nuggets, Customer Service and Building Structure. Mocha Frappé, sans whipped cream, may just be the highlight of my morning. It’s delish. and like 4 dollars cheaper than the ‘bucks. Love it. The PIC always gets the nuggets and demolishes them, so you know they have to be good. Spicy Mustard is the way to go for a dipping solution. Customer service in the drive thru has always been correct. Thank you for that. Love the new design of the building. Doesn’t look like your typically McDonalds. They completely remodeled it. Haven’t ever been inside but the outside is legit. :)

Can’t judge too harshly, after all this is McDonalds. The corporate champion of corn based food ‘products’ shaped like your favorite American staples; burgers, shakes, assorted sandwiches containing at least 25% digestible food. Two stars because the drive thru is open 24 hours a day. They would have been given 3 stars but they don’t let you walk through the drive thru anymore! I live across the street and I’ll be damned if I’m going to get in my car when I’m hammered and craving a grease bomb to shove down my gullet. This usually leads me to either walk to Jewel up the street or to get in a cab just so I can do the drive thru. If it sounds ridiculous to go to these lengths for crappy burgers than you apparently haven’t been taking enough shots of Jameson recently. Oh, and the inspiration for the drive thru scene in «Dude, Where’s My Car?» where the Asian lady keeps asking, ‘and then?’ Yeah. That lady works the drive thru late night at this McDonalds for sure

Apparently, this is where kids who lack social graces, intelligence and any sense of decency go. I have NEVER spent 15 minutes at a drive thru. Until last Saturday. The inept moron at window one was a real C-U-Next-Tuesday. Is it my fault that you work at McDonalds? And that you hate life? NO. Now get us our breakfast sandwiches! The folks at window two were no better, and the manager was a bitchosaurus. They messed up OUR order and then tried to charge us extra to fix it. OH. HELL. NO. I would rather gnaw off my hand then go to this McDonald’s. Ever. Again.

FAster, Bigger, Wider, Stronger. the morning after chant that goes through your head as you spend hours in the water closet after a long night of work and playing hard and as you exit into your bedroom you notice the wrappers. The half chewed remains of chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce, quarter pounders and french fry boxes, little straw wrappers, paper cups, apple pies and more wrappers and then the smell. its in the room, on your clothes, in your hair, sweating from your skin, its not breakfast food, so you know you left the club before 4, there are only 3 bags of food on the ground, so you know you are alone. 24-hour drive thru with the double order boxes to move the line even faster, you are my backup diary to the days I know not what I do. Please stop it already, I am on a diet.
