Plz someone call headquarters and complain about the service, if we need to close to clean up the counters and check on the preparation of amount of onions on our sandwiches, this place needs to be checked. I love the convenient of having Mc Donalds near by. But it seems there needs to be checked out by the board of health so don’t just complaint call undercover Boss, and Board of Health and let’s see if we can take care of these problems. From a neighbor mc Mcdonalds on Broadway and granville. !

Went in to get a fish sandwich and was turned off by the pan handlers that occupied the tables and the general filthy conditions of the place. Place should be closed by Board of Health.

Regarding the evening shift: You want $ 15 an hour? Then you need to work like you make $ 15 per hour. The place is filthy, people standing around doing jack while waiting in line. Learn some work ethic.

Craving something unhealthy, after a 21 mile bike ride, and McDonald’s was the best thing in my neighborhood. I got a #1(Big Mac Meal). It didn’t last very long :)

My near zero-star rating — because Unilocal won’t let me give a zero — is against all of the other McDonald’s I’ve experienced in my life, not against all of the other restaurants I’ve visited(that would be unfair). Watch the bill; they tried overcharging. To help, they didn’t change the breakfast menu to lunch — even though it was close to noon.(I can’t comment on the food, because I got my money back and went elsewhere.) And, don’t bother calling the«owner» to complain. No response. If McDonald’s Corporation would like to return to good favor with the customers, they should close this one or at least put it under new management.

Took 4 tries to get a burger with no pickles or ketchup… Didn’t think that was too hard of a request. Not exaggerating, four times. So I guess 2 stars for finally getting it right… At least they were nice about it.

This is the perfect place to go if you are looking to purchased preowned VHS staples and other misc. Household goods that came out of a dumpster from a rank stinky loud homeless man. The grouping of disgusting people in the dining room camped out like it was there hobo living room made me me throw away my food and leave. There way no one supervising the dining room to even notice the homeless people that took up residence or the overflowing trashcan. Fail McDonalds! Fail

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The service here is horrible. From the attitude of the workers. which was bogus, to the way they screwed up a very good friend of mines mcchicken. So upset. Better attitude and I’d be more prone to return. It made us want to leave ASAP!

i requested a burger and fries, which they supplied. I reciprocated with the required amount of money. Transaction complete. What anyone else expects is beyond me. Good job team.

Why am I reviewing a Mcdonalds? Becasue this one is crazy bad. bad bad bad. about 90 percent of the staff speaks VERY limited english. as in: you have to repeat your order several times hold up fingers, etc. I feel like I am talking with a 1st grader. Also, lot of street people here. beggars, unatics etc. I know Mcdonalds cannot control this but they dont seem to care. I mentioed one«guest» to who I think was a manager but she did not seem to care. not super clean here. but the biggest joke is they have a number posted to call with concerns/complaints and the voicemail is always full. Sometime sthey have surveys on tehir receipts – fill it out1 Crazy bad

This McDonald’s is NOT open 24 hours a day. The drive thru might be open 24 hours, but I tried walking up to the place around 11pm on a Thursday night and the doors were locked.

This McD’s used to be good. But in the last 2 years they’ve gotten really cheap, screwed up orders, and are militant. — You get 4 napkins for an order of $ 15. — No more self serve water pitcher and dixie cups. — My plain chesseburgers have everything on them after we get home, worthless to my picky eater kids. — Their Mighty Wings give you heartburn for the next 2 days. Lotsa MSG baby! — Look at you like big bad gringo no se habla espanol.

Food is of course standard McDonald’s. The people taking orders are generally pretty nice. I have to say speed of service isn’t up to McDonald’s standards, and cleanliness of the place definitely isn’t. Anywhere else, it seems there’s always someone on a cleaning rotation, whether the tabletops or the soda fountain or whatever. And I know nobody cares about foul language anymore, but when the staff of a McDonald’s throws F-bombs at each other in full hearing of the whole place, I think something’s not right. Seems like a minimum standard would be to clean up the language and find something to clean if there’s nothing else to do.

Doesn’t even deserve a whole star !!! Ordered 8 grilled onion cheddar sandwiches and every single one of them had less than a teaspoon of grilled onion on it. Should have known that the order was going to be for the worst when one of my 4 special order sandwiches only had half a bun. Seems like every visit they get our order wrong.

They actually charge for a cup of tap water! 50 cents for a small and $ 1 for a large… even though I spent $ 6 on a salad. Not only is this extremely cheap, but also very awkward to be asked to pay for water that’s basically free and for a cup that costs them 5 cents to make. The soap in the bathroom was also watered down. If it’s this easy to see them skimping on the front end, it just makes me concerned what they are cheaping out on behind the scenes.

I know it is sad to rate a Mickey D’s with 5 stars … but they do have good coffee, it’s cheap, the place was clean and so was the bathroom, which I needed to use. The staff was very friendly — and even though I didn’t order correctly, they cheerfully made me the drink I actually wanted. That’s worth something to me. I thought the décor was really nice for a Mickey D’s, too. There was an antique dresser in the front with nicely placed light sconces. So they are trying to make the place nice. This one will never beat the Rock ‘n Roll Mickey D’s in Streeterville, with all of its plate glass window splendor up top — playing Coltrane and Monk … but it was pleasant to be at this one and I’d go again! They do offer salads and the dollar menu is great … for a nice little snack after a long shopping day at Family Dollar and Aldi’s! I have no shame. I saved me some money today cuz I am on a budget, dammit!

I must agree with most folks here… this place has hit the bottom for McDonalds… They keep getting closed for health code violations so BEWARE!

I dislike McD’s in general. Just about everything they do is not only better done elsewhere, but better done by other fast food places. But, before 10:30AM each day, each store transforms into a cornucopia of delicious mcbreakfasts. There’s really no good reason to wake up earlier than 10 on a weekend, save to stuff your face with a McGriddle, some hash browns, and just enough coffee to keep you awake until you can pass out again. Frankly, I don’t think you’ve truly lived unless you’ve gone out all night, and forced yourself to stay awake until McD’s opening. Just steer clear past 10:30, unless ribs are involved.

Okay I don’t condone McDonald’s to anyone, as its absolutely rubbish, but I was coming home from a night out of heavy drinking with Luan N, when we decided, well why not, its on the way home and we were literally starving… I know it’s got to be the worst food after a night out, but hey, I was pretty drunk… that’s my excuse. Anyways this is what happened, after walking up to the place, and realizing it was still open,(i know its sad but hey com’on you all know how it is) so after approaching, the doors were closed so we decided on the drive through window instead, there was no one around, so we ordered from the microphone area, and casually walked round, only to find out that the«idiot» working there decided not to serve us, his explanation was«you don’t have a car» he wasn’t joking, I mean seriously, there was no one there, he was just being, how do I put this politely, a homunculus. The reason we were so irate about this was that we are giving them business, and he was being an inconsiderate beeeeeeeeeeeeep* After asking him politely why this rule stood, his answer was«erm I don’t know.» So he didn’t even know why it was like that, but he did it anyways… irritating… Okay so after a little arguing and getting no where he decided to shut the window on us, how much worse can a night get, getting rejected from McDonald’s, I mean come on!!! But yes but, there was a good part, as we began walking off, a driver who had now been behind waiting got out of his car, and asked if we got served… we were like, «no,» the guy from the window said again he wouldn’t serve us as we didn’t have a car, so this guy was like get in, we’ll go back round… Put it this way the McDonald’s guy was not happy at this stage, it was hilarious! Okay so now ordering for the 2nd time, we got our food and managed to give the McDonald’s guy the stink eye ;) …it was a mini adventure, well it seemed like it that night. After all this hassle we came here again a few months later for a friend, we were in a car this time, and what do you know same McDonald’s guy and some other people, who also happened to be like me ‘British,’ not understanding why they’re not getting served. This was deja-vu to our prior situation. We decided to be the kind ones this time,(also looking out for my UK peeps) went round and made sure they got some food. Luan N and myself have come to the conclusion we know what to do next time, we’re gonna borrow our friends car door, yes I did say car door and not car, and walk up and see what happens, it’ll be funny to just wind down the window and make an order just to see what happens, either way its gonna be funny.

One of the best eats I’ve ever had. Unique in every way. Drove all the way from Detroit to try the«Big Mac». WOW! Everything was fresh and the staff catered to my every whim(including extra sauce). Ambiance was the icing on the cake. I counted six different homeless people staked out in the restaurant. How nice that the employees let them sleep indoors and use/abuse their bathroom facilities. Hopefully one day we’ll get a McDonald’s in Michigan.
